Great location Wonderful staff

This hotel is easy walking distance to everything! Pikes Place Market, the ferry to Bainbridge Island, the light rail to the airport ( only $3 and an easy 45 min) many great restaurants and shops, zip car rental and close to the cruise ship terminal. The rooms are super large, modernized and secure. Lots of history ( ghosts?) and wonderful accommodating staff.

Great downtown option

I used to visit Seattle a lot for work, now for fun. Stayed here after a Sounders match. Liked everything about it. I asked for a quiet room, and got one--no need for my ear plugs, though I think some rooms facing traffic could be loud. Clean, roomy enough, all the basics provided, nice helpful staff. Will be returning.

Good hotel fairly well placed for sightseeing

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and breakfast facilities
Cons: Nothing that springs to mind
Location: Fairly good location with easy access to rail station and sightseeing on foot.
Hotel was within easy walking distance from train station and we were able to access main sightseeing spots on foot (Pike's Place Market, Needle, waterfront etc) on our 1 full day in Seattle. Hotel was nice with good supply of food and seating for breakfasts. Our room wasn't huge but we had booked an economy double and there was sufficient space for our 2 night stay. Only drawback is to beware of congregations of "Street people" in some nearby streets particularly in the evenings.

Pros: The whole experience of staying at an old, well maintained hotel, with outstanding hospitalty.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Allready covered.
Within walking distance of old buidings distinctive in architecture. Unique coffee shops, bakeries and small resturants. Artist galleries. For a very old hotel extremely well maintained. Breakfasts were very good. Great hospitality from hotel staff. Within easy walking distance from Safeco baseball park. We arrive mid morning and front desk saff very accomidating in storing our bags until we checked in mid afternoon. Great hospitality. It was great to be able to walk ten minutes to the ferry that we used to go to Bainbridge Island. Daily maid service in our room was oustanding.

Great place to stay

The location was perfect. Our room was small, but all we needed as we toured the city non-stop. We were close to all the tourist spots. The continental breakfast was a nice option too:)

Hotel in centro

Hotel abbastanza accogliente e centrale. purtroppo, entrando nei piani, si viene assaliti da un odore abbastanza fastidioso.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this hotel.

Pros: Great location for exploring Seattle. It is an older hotel, but well maintained, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast too.
Cons: Provide more assistance to clients for parking their cars for loading and unloading luggage.
Location: We took a ferry ride to the Bainbridge Island and spent one afternoon there. It was a very delightful visit.
My wife and I wanted to stay in a down town hotel that is within walking distance to the major attractions.. We were extremely happy with this hotel.

Comfortable. In the heart of downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity. We walked to every destination; Mariners game, Pike's Street Market, restaurants, local sites. For the high rate, the room was small, overfurnished, had cheap and outdated bathroom fixtures, tacky and outdated pictures/motif and in general was a $89 room rather than the $267 we paid.
