Close to airport, shuttle was fast . Clean quiet room , good long term parking. Friendly staff and shuttle driver .
Clean and convenient place to stay overnight for an early morning flight. Would be nice to know before arrival if the pool is out of service. This property was selected, because we wanted to have pool use. For the duration of time that the pool is out of use, it would be nice if that was flagged and rate should reflect that it’s not an option.

near to the airport. in fact it is just cross over the overhead link from airport.
you might face problem: the elevator from overhead link to street might be out of service. you have to carry your luggage up and down. it may help loss of your weight. but if you are not so strong, you might be unable to get down or up with your luggage.

FIRST THE FEMALE WAS RUDE WHEN I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND
SECOND WE WERE NOT INFORMED THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED THIRD THERE WAS A MOLDY SMELL COMING FROM THE AREA. FORTH WHO PUTS THE COFFEE MAKER IN THE DAMN BATHROOM THATS CROSS CONTAMINATION. AND FINEALLY THERE WAS NO REFRIGERATOR OR MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM .I HAD TO THROW AWAY $30 WORTH OF FOOD.

Dear Theresa,I apologize for an inconvenience you experienced at my hotel. Especially the pool. Our pool pump without warning broke down on us and we are having one shipped out asap so we can get it up and running as quickly as possible. As for the coffee maker, we are looking to relocate them we just need to find the space in the room that won't interfere with the room itself. Thank you for reaching out to me and I hope I will have another opportunity to see you again.
Only selected this hotel to be able to have the kids swim - called to verify the pool was functioning and was told it was. We checked in and it was not working! No manager was on site. Staff “couldn’t do anything” about it. Not good customer service.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced at our hotel during your recent visit. We understand the pool being closed can be disappointing. Unfortunately there are unforeseen circumstances that require the pool be closed for our guests health and safety.
Easy to get to from the airport. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was undergoing some renovations when I was there, so there were some shabbier details to the room. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing--it seems to be at least 3 buildings joined together.

As a person with mobility issues, I was disappointed that the front door, and the door to the first floor rooms did not have a button to cause the door to open. I was using a mobility scooter and struggled in both cases to get through the doors. It really surprised me that a nice hotel like this did not have these standard accessories.

The convenience of this hotel can't be beat! Just off of the light rail that stops at SeaTac!!
