Nice hotel, close to the airport. Staff was great

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: It was very quiet.
Cons: Have a better meal selection.
the staff took care of us. Put us in a room so my wife wouldn't have to walk very far. My wife uses crutches to get around.

The staff were most accommodating they allowed us more time in the room before we got our flight, they do not offer a freshly cooked breakfast but gave us menus of the many eateries in the area and even took us by the courtesy bus. Although we were in transit the service was excellent

Average hotel, but price was right

Posted Mar 29, 2015
One night stay right across from Sea-Tac. Good price, but except for new lobby, older and dank hallways. Bathroom: hair in tub and in toilet seat.

Almost there

Posted Mar 29, 2015
The hotel is in the middle of some much needed renovations. They are adding a breakfast area that will help a lot, as their in-hotel restaurant is not where I'd want to eat breakfast. Obviously a bar with a blaring TV and a maze of hallways to even find it, we ditched it entirely to eat elsewhere. But it was nice to be able to swim in the indoor pool while we waited for relatives to come meet us after our airplane trip. Very few reasonably priced hotels had an indoor pool, and frankly, in Seattle who would bother with an outdoor pool you could only use a few days a year.

Great Stay

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Rooms were great. Beds were excellant.
Cons: TV had little to be desired the cable did not always have good reception. Exterior rear of building needed cleaning.
Location: Great for access to Seattle and surroundin areas and attractons.
Rooms were great. Beds were excellant. TV had little to be desired the cable did not always have good reception. Exterior rear of building needed cleaning. Close to airport access within walking distance. Seattle Link was accessable and within walking which made it easy to travel to downtown Seattle so we could leave car at hotel.

Close to the airport, but in terrible condition

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: good location
Cons: needs lots of upgrading
Location: close to airport
They are doing construction, but it smelled like mold and was in a very rundown condition. In the morning the floor was soaked outside the elevator.

Clean room, beautiful new lobby

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: close to airport - clean - nice new lobby
Cons: new showerhead in room #370
Location: close to airport big mall very close
I'm very picky with my hotels - and although more improvements need to be made, the room was clean, bed comfortable and quite quiet, and I would definitely stay there again. No free breakfast like many hotels.

Ugh!

No hot water, wake up call never came, weird odor. Weirder noises. Under construction so hopefully improving, but the worst hotel experience I have had as a business traveler in two decades.

clean, quiet hotel

Clean, quiet hotel close to the airport. Friendly service. Clean rooms. Good for overnight stay. Offers free shuttle to mall if you are stuck at hotel with no transportation and light rail is right across from hotel. Free airport shuttle.
