Coast Bellevue DISAPPOINTING

Pros: Parking was free and it was closely located to downtown Bellevue from across the highway, and also not too far to Redmond or Kirkland.
Cons: The main elevator should be off limits to all maintenance and housekeeping staff. Breakfast should be more robust. Lastly provide movies on demand.
Location: Downtown Bellevue is right around the corner, and both Redmond and Kirkland are nearby, putting you right in the center between everything.
Check in was easy and quick. I even checked in early without incident. Unfortunately the rooms were small and there was not movies to order on demand available. That was the first major disappointment. If a hotel is more than $100 dollars a night it should have some kind of movies, besides cable TV, available. If you are expecting breakfast at 6 o'clock, don't be surprised if it is a half hour late. Yup that's what happened to me. If a hotel room is more than $150 breakfast should be more than just watery scrambled eggs, miso soup, cheep yogurt, and cerial. Also only ten percent of the time I used the elevator staff was commonly using it as well. That would explain why it was so rickety and unsafe feeling and why I never got a direct trip to my floor even if no one actually go on when the elevator stopped.

Bad breakfast, but good coffee.

We stayed four nights. Room and bathroom were fine. Starbucks coffee in the room was excellent! Breads of breakfast smelled bad... don't eat them!

Reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are nothing to be considered special, but the beds are comfortable. Hotel location is convenient for freeways and downtown Bellevue restaurants and shopping.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent location, clean room. The issue we had was with the beds. The mattresses on both beds were very uncomfortable and seemed like they needed replaced.

this hotel is good, even it is not very new. The location and price is very suitable for business trip.

Value Hotel

Pros: Good Breakfast Included
Cons: Bed Was terrible. the mattress was so bad it felt like a children's bouncy castle
Location: not bad across the road from a Whole Foods location
For the money it was just Ok. close to Downtown Bellevue but on the wrong side of the Freeway.

Handicap rooms

Cons: If handicap rooms aren't available they should tell you so you can change hotels
Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights each months before. 2 King and 1 King handicap. Checked in fine. The next day we were pulled out of our conference and told I had to give up my handicap room since it was booked for Saturday night and there was no handicap rooms available. Had to pack up and move to a double bed room with no shower chair and soap bottles on the wall. I'm in a wheelchair and no way to bath so no shower for 3 days. If there was no handicap rooms available they should have told us when we checked in and we would have changed hotels. Apparently they didn't want to lose all that money.

While the hotel staff was great, the facilities and room look like they were not updates or clean since 1990... Carpet was warm and dirty, halls and windows have not been cleaned or vacuumed in ages and a strong smell of disinfected was present at all times and to complet the 90's feel, our room had a big CRT TV , haven't seen these in ages :)

Good location, but old hotel.

Pros: Location to downtown.
Cons: Update bathroom and small refrigerator in room.
Staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel is very old and noisy. We had a hard time falling asleep.

Pretty bad

Pretty average hotel, loud noises from the pipes at night and the bath tub clogged when running the shower. Would not stay again On the plus side staff were great
