Front Desk Nightmare

I just wrote an explanation and it deleted it. Bottom line the front desk clerk (Shawn) was a total rude and unreasonable jerk even though my company has spent $1,000 at this establishment. Cops had to be called. Cops sided with my employees and told hotel they were in the wrong. Who wants to go through that when they travel?

Pros: The beds
Location: Breakfast experience: the room has just six tables for four people each with the overflow crowd either returning to their rooms or eating in the lobby
Have stayed here on numerous occasions because of its location and because it's comfortable.

I wish the room a/c had a thermostat. Really comfortable bed. Pretty quiet. Very straightforward to check in and out.

Close to Country Village

Pros: We liked the location because it was walking distance to restaurants. It was also close to the Trampoline Park and Country Village. Refrigerator :-)
Cons: Shower and sink are slow to drain.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay. We used the pool and spa facilities and were the only ones in there most of the time. There is a small breakfast and the hours are extended.

I stayed with my family and enjoyed it. Inside pool is nice to entertain kids and breakfast selection is very good compare to same level of hotels. I appreciate some hot food options like sausage, eggs. The front staff is very friendly especially the female staff worked in the morning that time. Room is clean and comfortable, too.

Surprisingly Nice Stay

Nice little hotel. It's definitely an older model but they have upgraded it nicely. The beds are very comfy. I have to say Sean at the front desk is amazing. We left a coat and they got it for us. Then they called we left a phone. That is incredible service! Very thankful. Hotel coffee is usually terrible but the little pot I made in the room pretty much tasted like coffee, not brown water. I was very surprised how nice it was. I would recommend making sure you do not stay on the first floor if chlorine or laundry detergent odors bother you, we has to change rooms immediately but again, they rolled with that issue and found us another room with no hassle.

Room was comfortable and clean. Close to several restaurants. Staff pleasant and friendly.
