Second Visit At This Hotel

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Pricing, convenience to the airport and car rental facility.
Cons: TV needs to be more centered between beds for easier viewing.
Location: Convenient to the airport and car rental facility. Casino across the street. Several restaurants in the area.
I have stayed here a couple of time and will return. The free breakfast is very nice. The hotel is clean as is the rooms and the eating area. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Prompt shuttle service to/from the airport. Senior price is very good. Quiet hotel and I especially like the elevator security.

Close to airport for a good price overnight

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Location: It's very much an airport hotel. There's a small casino/ bar across the street, special rates for hotel guests, delivery menu in room.
Stayed here before and after our flight. The shuttle service is convenient, requiring a call from the board in loading area. Our room was comfortable, tho beginning to show some wear and tear in our third floor room. The breakfast service was calm and not too crowded. I'd call it more than satisfactory for the price. That is to say, if you pay more, you're more apt to get less (or no) breakfast included. Desk staff and shuttle driver were well spoken and polite.

Pleasant Surprise

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. We only expected maybe rolls and coffee. There was plenty of seating also to enjoy.
Location: The location was convenient for getting to the convention center and several fast food places were near. However, there weren't many chain restaurant
We chose this hotel mainly for location and price but were so pleased to find that it was all that we could have wished for in a two-night stay.

Parking Problems

Posted Feb 11, 2015
The room and hotel were comfortable and clean, although somewhat run down. we were told that they are going to be upgrading the facilities for the next 3 years. The parking lot is available for outside public parking so being able to find a spot even remotely close to the entrance was nearly impossible except in the morning.

Beware staff break customer's vehicles and deny!!!

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Cons: They need to employ people with a backbone - Valet guy broke our vehicle and simply left it Receptionist had no people skills whatsoever
My boyfriend and I drove from Vancouver BC to Comfort Inn at Sea-Tac airport Wednesday Feb 4th 2015. We stayed for one night and left our car in their secure parking lot for three nights. Our car is a Subaru Impreza WRX and it is a manual vehicle. When we returned to our vehicle three nights later we discovered that the gear shift was completely broken. It was flopping form one side to the other and the vehicle was not drivable as could not be put into any gear. When we explained this to the receptionist she said that there was nothing they could do as the guy who moved our vehicle noted that the gear shift was "really really loose" so basically because a member of their staff broke our vehicle and noted it on paper they therefore would not do anything for us. The receptionist failed to understand or else chose not to listen to the fact that there was no way we could have driven it from Vancouver BC without changing gear and that it had to have been broken on their premises after we parked it. The receptionist was extremely rude and told us that she "didn't even now what we were talking about" shrugged her shoulders and smirked. We were left in Seattle without a vehicle at 6pm on a Sunday evening. Their policy seems to be that if their valet guys break people's vehicles and note it on a piece of paper then it is ok and no further action is required by them. They have failed to explain how we could have driven to their hotel without a gear shift!!!

Overnight Waiting for Early Flight

Posted Jan 22, 2015
We had a quick overnight stay with an early connection. The 24 hour shuttle service was great.
