Average in every way. Clean, but an old building. Noisy due to thin walls and on Hwy 99 (aka Aurora Ave) wore ear plugs so I could sleep.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Im used to the Embassy but they were all out of rooms. My first thought was negative but the front desk was very informative with all the questions I had and very nice. The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was not noisy at all. Breakfast was decent for continental. I would stay here again.

Wasn’t able to check in because there was no parking on site. Drug addicts lurking the property, peering into cars looking to steal/break into vehicles. Women of the night surrounding the building, getting picked up and doing business in front of the building. Unsafe and would definitely not recommend for families. Was a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

This is the worst hotel experience I have had. The price is not cheap at all and there is no service or quality. Feels unsafe and very unclean. Everything in the hotel needs to be torn away and replaced.

The property was great. The staff was friendly and nice. However when I returned in my room around midnight the neighbors were being so luoud. I had to call the front desk twice and ask them to keep it down. Shortly aftwer they did. I would have guven all 5starts if it wasn't for that.

We got in around midnight and we were exhausted. The one staff member at the desk was brand new and had no idea how to check us in. It took 25 minutes to do the computer work after she tried charging us twice. Then couldn’t figure out the key cards. She finally did and we went all the way upstairs to have them not work, and then come back downstairs to do it again. The place was also old and ran down and we had two side doors that connected to other rooms that felt very unsafe. Would not stay here again.

This place is hell, the manager is horrible and she’s very rude, I booked this place and asked for a refund and she refused, the place stinks and it looks like rats living there, there customer service is horrible.

“Clean, and reasonably priced.” Had none of the problems stated in other reviews, except for thin walls meaning TV noise from neighbors. It’s a bad neighborhood with hookers across the street and plenty of homeless. Wouldn’t bring my kids, if I were bent on teaching my kids the whole world is like Disneyland. Scratched furniture etc bit everything clean. No vending machines. Breakfast was good. Great value for under $100.

The staff is great and the rooms are very nice and well cleaned. The only thing we had an issue with was the bathroom door didn’t close or lock all the way but it wasn’t that big of a deal because I was with my significant other. But if you’re staying with family i can see the issue. The parking is pretty good but there is limited space for bigger vehicles.

The breakfast was nicer than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hallway noise and people walking above our room were loud at times. It sometimes sounded like someone was trying to unlock our door and get in. Had some trouble with room key working, and had to insert key card 3-4 times before it worked, but nothing major (probably due to us inserting and removing the card either too quickly or too slowly 😄.

There is no service practically, the amenities in the room were non-working and was never fixed even on repeated requests. Breakfast if runs out before the scheduled time frame, those are not replenished. Late comers are deprived of breakfast.

Good borderline great room for price
1st this is a rating comparable to other motels in it's price range under 100$ a night, not to more expensive motels which I've also stayed in. The room was clean and relatively up to date. Floor vacuumed with no noticeable dust or dirt in the corners. Bathroom clean no mold on the curtain or shower area for which I have found in other motels of this price. Reason for 3 is that when I first walked in there was a strong musty smell of wetness and could tell the room had not been used for some time. It was late I didn't feel like changing rooms and the windows opened, so i opened and aired it out. 20 min. it wasn't noticeable. Come to find out the smell came from the bathroom sink which hadn't been used and believe dried P trap. After using it several times the smell was gone. Bed was firm, but comfortable with adequate pillows and bedding.

First, when we arrived I learned that two rooms had been reserved by Expedia (and charged to me). I wrote to Expedia immediately when the website said I must sign in to reserve our room. You took money without signing in and then once I signed in. Please address this issue and remove the duplicate charge. Unsafe because at 2AM, the stranger in the room next to us started pounding on the adjoining room door. He had unlocked the door from his side, was pounding on our door and was threatening to break down the door and then break everything in the room while pounding on the door. Nobody was available at the front desk (at first) so we called the police. On second attempt at the front desk - staff came up and threw them out. We had to call, yet again, to the front desk to learn what the outcome of her interaction with these violent people was. 2 1/2 hours later the police returned our call.
