Very pleased

Only complaint was the shower head. Little pressure and very small radius. other than that very nice hotel and the pool was awesome. In walking distance the mall which was nice. Will definitely come back again.

Great hotel!!

Pros: The facilities were fantastic - comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was wonderful and started our days off with a smile.
Cons: The check in staff could be friendly welcoming and polite.
During our check in process the hotel staff was not friendly or very considerate to us upon arrival. There was no smiling and they were not warm nor welcoming and their communication to us was very abrupt. I personally made the group reservations so I felt a responsibility towards how my team was treated. This did not impact the quality of the hotel as a whole. We were a group of 20 and the rest of our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves greatly. We would absolutely stay here again because apart from the disposition of the check in staff things were pretty much perfect. Thank you!! :)

Getaway with kids

We come occasionally because my kids love the pool. Makes a great in-city getaway. We'd come a lot more often if the pool was WARMER. Its pretty chilly and only my 2 and 4 yr olds are willing to brave it!

Quick trip

We had to leave because of a medical problem but the hotel, room, staff, breakfast was great. If we are in the area again we will be staying there!

Great pool

Pros: Close to major highways and nice accomodations
Cons: Stronger lighting in bathroom and shower area
Nice room with all amenities - spacious - great pool

Close to the Airport

They try and put signs on each floor to let people know thta others may be sleeping due to flight times but that doesn't help the thin floors so I hope you don't get a heavy walker above you. Ask for the top floor here. They have satelite tv that gets bad reception so if you want to catch a game you better do it off site unless you want to be disappointed.

The carpet was very dirty. The complimentary breakfast was awful. Is there such a think as a frozen omelette?
