It was out first visit to Seattle. The front desk staff were so helpful. They helped with driving directions, printed out maps, and gave us information about the local attractions.

This is a low-key hotel with spacious and clean rooms in a quiet business park. The spaciousness of the rooms and the great continental breakfast made it easy to stay with an energetic 5 year old. Parking was plentiful so it was not a problem to have friends in Seattle meet us there. Great deal for the price.

“Just right for us!”

We stayed while attending the US Senior Golf Tourneyment. Great location, terrific breakfast and helpful staff. We left very early the last day, but great coffee and bagels were set out for us. Also, the Bothel trail system runs right behind the hotel for walking, running, and biking. Heading south, it links into the Burke Gilman Trail. Perfect!

“Will consider another stay”

This hotel was a great choice for my overnight stay. It was pleasant and quiet, and, more importantly to me, it was clean and did not smell bad. The young lady who greeted me at check-in was very sweet and accommodating and that helps when you are tired from traveling. This was also a great location because it was very close to my clients' offices and also to beautiful Bellvue, which I had not had a chance to visit in previous trips.

“Solo Weekend Quiet with a Purpose”

I wanted a CLEAN and Quiet hotel for a day/night of solo work. This place did it well. Weekend prices are great; no quibble during 45-second check in. The room was CLEAN. The Wireless internet worked well-TWO nets! Pool/outdoor facil CLOSED, but OK. The included DAILY BREAKFAST was DEAD. Unfortunately, mult teams of travelling H.S. Jocks got there min before I did. 30 min and 2 requests, brough NO re-stock! My breakfast was coffee and a cold cereal/hat to BEG for milk! This is the only reason that the service rating is so low. SHAME! Hotel TVs never work and this was the same. That said, the house still gets a nearly perfect rating: Except for breakfast, they delivered what I needed. For a modest 3-star, I got a clean room with a nice desk, good internet access no hassle. Save the breakfast fiasco, they really do have a 4.9 place. I will stay there again. I'l check the team schedule BEFORE breakfast! (MAJOR SHAME: They ought to ANTICIPATE THIS!)

Had room service, used the exercise faclities, enjoyed a very quiet comfortable nights sleep and found the service to be excellent from the front desk to the wi-fi everything happened easily and the way it is supposed to.
