Nice hotel.

Very hard time sleeping because someone on the top floor was making so much noise till 2am. We had wedding to go in the morning. My husband and myself with two kids were so tired. Hotel was nice and clean. Sinks were totally plugging. Had to call plumber. So many hairs were pulled out.

This was a great hotel for the price. The room was very comfortable and great quality. The café in the lobby had great hours with a good selection of food. The salad I had was very good and was very reasonably price.

Good staff and bistro

I was charged $20.00 on my card when they told me at checkout I had a zero balance by Marriott. This was over and above Expedia charges. What I hate about this is spending so much time trying to get my card credited back the bogus charges.

We sincerely apologize that your time with us did not meet your expectations. We regret how frustrating this must have been for you with the credit card authorization process. Marriott has a policy to ensure we authorize an additional $20 per day just in case any guest decides to place charges on during their say for example our 24 hour market, Starbucks, and/or bistro items. If there are no charges by the end of the stay, the authorization is released and would be placed back onto the credit card provided. Typically it can take up to 5 business days but it can take a little long if the card is a debit card. Once again please do accept my apologies and I do hope that you will consider returning during your next visit.

Black Friday Weekend

Our stay was overall really good. We had booked the hotel saturday and Sunday night, they even allowed us to check in 6hrs early cause my friend is 8months pregnant and she really needed to lie down. The beds were really comfy, room was good size, and overall pleasant stay. I guess the only down fault is I guess the walls are pretty thin as we had pretty noisy neighbours that would talk, open/close their doors until 2am. Defiantly would come back though!

GPS couldn't cope

Would only use if had business close by. Expensive cab ride from airport and friend driving in had trouble finding it. Staff and food were great

The hotel decor (carpeting, wall color) in the halls is very ugly and looks like it is from the 70s. The room decor was ok and the front lobby looks great.

Great price and close to seattle.

The room and facilities were very comfortable. The room had a great price compared to those in seattle. The bus system was very easy to navigate to the stadium and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice staff, uncomfortable beds

Pros: Staff was pleasant, check-in and check-out were fast and easy, plenty of parking near doors, hotel and rooms were clean.
Cons: Update mattresses and bedding, provide extra towels.
Second time we've stayed at this hotel. First time on ground floor, noise from above all night was terrible. Second time we were on the second floor and it wasn't as noisy but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress dipped down on edges and end where people likely sit all the time and it seemed like we were rolling out of bed all night. Sheets didn't fit well and came off the mattress and bunched up. Out of six pillows, there wasn't a single firm one. They all depressed down to nothing, even using two together.
