Excellent location!

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Everything! It met our needs perfectly.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Excellent location, lots of stores and restaurants in the area ranging from Costco to Target. The Southcenter Mall is very nice. Easy freeway access
Stayed here while moving our son into his dorm from the east coast. Chosen for its excellent proximity to shopping (the Southcenter area has a huge variety of stores), proximity to the freeway, Seattle and the airport. There are a number of restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean, nicely furnished and quiet, no road or air traffic noise. We would definitely stay there again.

Best night sleep!

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: The beds are comfortable.
Cons: It would be nice if they offer free breakfast.
Location: It's close to the highway and it's only 15 to 20 minutes to downtown.
The bed was so comfortable! Usually beds are extremely hard but the beds in this hotel were so comfortable. Several of us that stayed at the hotel and everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were. I travel to Seattle often and I'm making this my hotel of choice.

Good for layover close to airport.

Posted Aug 3, 2014
We chose this hotel because it was close and had free shuttle to airport. Upon arrival we found out that shuttle only ran on the hour and we needed to be at airport for 6:00 am. Catching a 5:00 am shuttle with two little kids wasn't going to work. So it ended up costing an extra $20 for a cab. That was frustrating as they had trouble finding a cab company that could accommodate four people with all our luggage...first cab refused to take us. Other than the shuttle/cab issues the hotel was great and nice to be within walking distance of restaurants and shopping!

Close to SEATAC and many downtowns

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: Convenience to South Center, downtown Seattle, Renton, Bellevue, etc was very convenient. 5 minutes to SEATAC - no rush getting my son to his flight.
Cons: The pool water temperature could be increased a little - the standard is 80 degrees. I am sure this pool is around 75 or so.
Location: Shopping, movies dining is all just seconds away.
We stayed in room 154. This is on the first floor and faces inside the courtyard. The room was exactly center to the courtyard just a few steps from the pool and hot tub and a few steps to the bistro and lobby. The two queen beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and well maintained. The pool seemed cold at first, but once you ease into it the water temperature was fine. The hot tub was great. The are many TVs in the bistro area. Three booths have their own TVs.
