Pros: Location
Cons: A plug-in air refreshner is used in the room, which gave overwhelming fake smell. We just unplgged it and ran the air conditioner to get rid of the sm
Location: Crossroads mall is about 10 minutes away and has a wide range of inexpesinve and good food.
The motel is next I-90 and easy access to Seattle and Bellevue.

Clean hotel near freeway

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: location
Location: Very easy access to freeways and centrally located between north and south parts of Bellevue.
Rooms were always consistently clean. The water was hot and the towels plentiful.

Cons: The continental breakfast could be greatly improved. There was not a big variety and what was there was almost gone.
We stayed here after going to the Mariner's game. Hard to find decent motels that are affordable close to safeco field. Overall everything was good.

Underwhelming at best.

Pros: Proximity to the freeway. The breakfast was decent. With the exception of the owner, the staff was pleasant.
Cons: The pet rooms could be better cleaned and cared for. The breakfast should include more fresh fruit.
Location: Only a 20 minute drive from Snoqualmie Falls. Quick trip into Seattle if you can avoid heavy traffic times. Do NOT get caught on I-90 during rush hour
We chose this hotel because hotels nearer Seattle were too expensive. The price was right, and most importantly, they were pet friendly. At least they said they were. We booked over the telephone through Expedia without any problems. When we arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell us that we could not stay because our dog was over 30 pounds. The gentleman passing along this info was not the clerk at the front desk, but instead a man who I presume to be the hotel owner who was just passing through. He was very unpleasant. I told the clerk that we were never informed of a size limit when we booked. We were very unhappy, of course, and asked for them to refund our money if they weren't going to allow us to stay with our dog. So the clerk went chasing after the (presumed) owner to ask what he should do. We waited about five minutes while they apparently debated the subject. Finally the clerk returned and reluctantly agreed to accommodate us. We got a room what seemed to be the pet wing. There was damage from a dog who had previously stayed there, and I remember waking a few times in the night a smelling cat urine. Nasty. Needless to say, I do not recommend this hotel, and I wont be renting there again.

Dear Guest, Above all, I apologize for the confusion about pet accommodation issue that you have gone through due to obscure guidance at reservation. Therefore, I worked with Expedia market manager to clarify our pet policy in Expedia reservation site, and was updated. We have only 7 rooms allocated for those guests staying with pet, and we do special treatment and cleaning to those rooms in order to keep the rooms clean and fresh. Again I am sorry for your unpleasant staying experience with us, however, we will continue to do our best to improve quality of our property and service.

Pros: Access to free ways / breakfast availability / good staff
Cons: softer bath towels.
Location: Close to Madenberry center. which is why we chose this place.
Good place related to ease of off and on to I-90 and fairly quiet. A good value place

Room 115

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Nice breakfast.
Cons: See above.
Location: Location is near friends we were visiting. Therefore, excellent.
Everything was O.K. except for the fact that the queen bed was pushed up against the wall on one side making it difficult for the person sleeping on the wall side of the bed to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom without disturbing the other person. I think that needs to be corrected. Otherwise, designate the room as a single instead of a double.

Average room, priced a bit too high

Posted Apr 11, 2014
The room was clean and had a flat screen tv with HBO. The hotel is in a good location with food close by you can walk to. That said, I feel the quality didn't match the price. Maybe it's location, but this would be a 50-60 dollar room most anywhere else.
