I enjoyed my stay here. This is an efficiency hotel for value so it was good for my purposes. Lots of restaurants nearby. You can walk to the convention center. Staff was very friendly. Book room on 2nd floor and you’ll have a better stay in my opinion, though the hotel was very quiet.

Had everything I needed and was only a short walk to the convention center. Highly recommend for convention center attendees on a limited budget.

Fine enough.
It did what I needed it to. If you're going to be in the area and you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel itself, this is one of the cheaper options. Still too expensive for what it is, but that's all hotels these days.

Clean and Simple
needed to stay somewhere for a night for a reasonable price and went here. staff was friendly and cooperative. Rooms are clean and basic, with coffee maker and microwave. All in all a good stay for the money.

Well located and set back off street so quiet. Unfortunately, the room has a very strong smell. Staff are nice. While it’s a budget motel it has potential. A few small changes would make it feel more inviting.

Simple and clean facility with excellent staff. At this price range I wasn't looking for anything fancy (like a hot breakfast) but the rooms are clean and we feel very safe. Good for a few nights stay if you have a car and commute to Seattle.

Overall, quite good in terms of convenience of parking, good food options around. However, breakfast options should be improved. Maybe, you charge $10per person but offer scrambled egg, sausages, etc.

Breakfast could have been better, just toast, bagels, bananas, yogurt, tea and coffee. Very limited selection. Property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The entrance to parking lot is a bit steep. Just need to be careful of the grade and go slow to avoid hitting the underside of your car on the conrete

Everything was great for my stay. The linen was a bit troublesome since I had to put on the sheets constantly, they didn't seem to fit completely, but otherwise I enjoyed the stay.

We weren't overly thrilled with the room, the clogged drain in the tub, that had 6" of standing water after a short shower or the fact that the light in the bathroom had a mind of its own but i will say that desk staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and and fixed the drain issue as soon as we alerted them to it. For the price though, it was about what we expected.

Nice stay once again at the ABVI… staff were super helpful. Water fountain stays locked during the night so plan ahead to fill your water bottle.
