A mixed bag

Posted Jul 24, 2015
The hotel overall is good but it's location is a mixed bag. It's close to Richmond Beach and Aroura Ave can take you many places but the hotel itself is across from an Adult Video store and at the time a very inconvenient construction project on the road right by the Hotel.

A good place to stay

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: It was fine.
Location: We went to downtown Seattle, Pike's Market etc in about 30 minutes. Eating places were available.
It was newly renovated and was functional and very clean. It was within walking distance from friends, which was perfect for us. A light breakfast was provided.

Nice hotel, close to transit to downtown Seattle

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Very pleasant service from the staff. Hallways are nicely carpeted and the hotel never once smelled like cleaning solutions.
Cons: Real cream for coffee instead of the powered milk.
Location: A great Mexican restaurant right beside this hotel. Locals filled us in what to order when we arrived.
Save here at this hotel and spend your savings downtown on yourself.

Good for the price

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Free breakfast and parking and wifi. The room and bathroom were very clean which is the most important part.
Cons: Better pillows for sure. New carpets wouldn't hurt.
Location: Aside from the road construction out front it was close to the highways etc
Overall it was decent for what we paid and the only negative issue was that there was a very noisy family over our head that had kids jumping around until 1:30 in the morning. Not the hotel's fault, i blame the parents.

The rooms are OLD and NOT newly renovated

Posted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: On the bright side, the breakfast was good and the staff were nice.
Cons: Rooms could use some renovation.
Location: The hotel located in an industrial/shopping area, nothing special nearby, just lots or regular restaurants, supermakets, stores etc.
The hotel claims that the rooms have been newly renovated, even the big sign outside the hotel says it. I don’t know what exactly they renovated, maybe the furniture - it looked newer, maybe the wallpaper, but the carpet looked old and the bathroom was very old too. I would not have paid what I paid for this room if I had known rooms were not renovated. Too much money for this kind of place located very far from downtown.

Nice motel.

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Clean and nice decor.
Cons: ?
Location: Most reasonable rate for Seattle area. We were there for medical purposes, was closest and most affordable to the hospital.
We were only there one night, some road noise, Had the window open due to hot weather. Didn't get to enjoy complimentary breakfast due to melical tests that morning. Liked the indoor hallways and access to elevator.

The staff were very helpful at rectifying an error with my room. We visit this hotel a couple of times a year. We will be back.

Good Value - Close to Edmonds Ferry

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Good location for easy access to Edmonds ferry which we took to Port Townsend.
Cons: Breakfast is not to write home about, although they did have good fresh fruit selection.
Good value, reasonable price, friendly staff close to Edmonds ferry. I would stay here again and recommend to others. YMCA across the street offers day passes for working out.
