“Most comfortable rooms”

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the air conditioning, which was like central air, rather than just a noisy window unit. The room service and restauraunt service were great. The glass elevator was a nice touch. I was able to schedule a massage the same day, although the price was twice as much as I had anticipated. Also, the hotel provided us with cab service, which was quick, clean and reasonably priced.

“Will stay again in Seattle”

Our travels took us to four different hotels over 10 days. The Doubletree in Seattle had the best service, most comfortable bed and best facilities of any place on our trip. We would highly recommend and will stay there again.

Great common open spaces. Poor selection for dinner menue and no free wireless in room - only in commom area??

“Great overnight Airport location”

Staff were welcoming, helpful, and the warm cookies at check in were greatly appreciated. Free shuttle between airport and hotel was great. Close to the airport and the shuttle also ran to the train station. The train took approx 45 minutes to downtown, cab back was $50.00. Room was clean and quiet. Good value for our dollar. Staff really were terrific!!! Thanks

“Satisified Customer”

Great place to stay at. Comfortable and well put together. Only issue I would say is the lack of WIFI in the rooms. Seems that it is for payment only and the only complimentary ones are four terminals in the lobby area. Other then that I would stay there again.

“Great care”

There was one drawback and that was in regard to park n' fly. It wasn't the package, it was the return pickup from the airport. We had to wait over 40 minutes for the pickup (from the airport to the hotel). There were others waiting too, including flight attendants and pilots as well as other passengers. Needless to say, the bus was overcrowded. We were informed that the bus ran every 20 minutes. That information was received at the front desk. Perhaps the situation was a fluke, but I feel that it should be noted. The date of this occurrance was August 9, 2010.

“Excellent Airport Hotel”

Have stayed at this hotel 5 times now. It is very convenient to the airport. The check-in and out service is first rate, quick and easy. The hotel has a very good restaurant and terrific sports bar. The rooms are excellent and very clean. The beds extremely comfortable. Good coffee bar for the early risers. Bell hop and airport shuttle service are both very good.

“Very Impressed”

From the time I arrived at the hotel,by way of the hotel shuttle from Sea-Tac Airport, I was cordially greeted and made to feel welcome. They accommodated me when I asked to be moved to a different room for a better window view. The room was immaculate, bed very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Seattle area. The noise level of planes were very minimal.

“Amazing Hotel!”

I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE... we stayed at a near by hotel and it did not compare to this hotel. I absolutely love this hotel. Its beautiful and elegant. The moment you reach there you feel like a movie star. The staff members are very tentative to their work and are determined to make your stay at the hotel be to your satisfaction. Though the food and services such as Valet parking were alittle pricy, it was well worth it. (If you are planning of using their free Wi-Fi keep in mind that you will have to go to the lobby unless you want to pay money for it in your room).
