Nice hotel near the Seatac airport.

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: As described above, the employees made this short stay stand out. A pleasant bonus were the complimentary warm chocolate chip and walnut cookies.
Cons: The tile in the shower didn't seem clean. Also the quality thread count of the sheets seemed lower than similar hotels.
Location: Not sure since it was such a short stay.
My daughter and I had a planned over night on our way to our final family Thaksgiving destination. From the driver of the courtesy van hotel from the airport, to the front desk check in person, to housekeeping, to the restaurant server - employees made this hotel experience wonderful. The warm chocolate chip with walnut cookies at check in was quite a treat and our lunch the next day was very tasty.

Very convenient for what I needed

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: I liked that it had everything that I needed available.
Cons: Charging for parking and Wi-fi is a bit much.
Location: Location was great. Plenty of places to eat, close to the airport and large mall within a couple of miles
I stayed at this hotel because it was also the same location as some training that I was attending. The room, training area and staff were all top notch. Be advised that you will pay for everything extra. You will pay extra for Wifi, parking and the hotel store is not cheap. There is a lot of parking and the store is open very good hours. The hotel is only a few miles from the airport and there are lots of places nearby to eat. There is a huge mall within a couple of miles. It was a very comfortable stay and everything that I needed.

Service and facilities could be improved a bit.

Posted Nov 20, 2014
I stayed one night for a business trip and was quite disappointed. Not only did I never get asked if I needed any help with my belongings (not a lot, but still), the room smelled like mildew. I'm allergic to feathers, so I called housekeeping to ask for non-down bedding. They arrived and handed me a couple of pillows, and I had to ask for a blanket. Elsewhere when I have asked, they have made up the bed for me and given me new sheets, but not here. For the price, I really expected more and won't be staying here again.

The hotel was amazing

The hotel was clean, front desk very kind and the waitress in the Bar, late on a Sunday night, wearing her #25 Seahawk jersey was the BEST. So fun.

We stayed overnight with our two children before an early morning flight. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. We had a brief stay that was perfect for our needs.

Close and convenient to airport

Posted Nov 15, 2014
Pros: Very friendly and loved the warm cookies
Cons: The sheer size of the facility could be daunting to senior travellers as it was quite a hike to our room and we are in good fitness
Very friend,y and helpful staff, and efficient limo to airport

Close to the airport, Starbucks on site

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Service
Location: Mall nearby if you have a car. Really just stayed there for early flight the next day.
It is tough to find a parking place and the 21 a night charge for parking is ridiculous. Our TV remote didn't work and they never came to replace it. The outdoor pool and hot tub, while a long walk from the room, was well maintained and there were beach towels available. The hallway smelled terrible but inside the room was clean and not smelly. The beds are very comfortable. Check in gets jammed from everyone seeming to arrive from the airport at the same time and our desk clerk forgot to give us the acclaimed warm chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. The breakfast was over priced and our waitress was slow as molasses and neglected to bring the two items I requested (cream for my coffee and tobacco) to the table and my $18 eggs were delivered cold and the toast was barely toasted. Don't eat there.

the staff was rude.

Posted Nov 11, 2014
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The cleaning staff.
Location: I went to see the Giants play the Seahawks. I was visiting relatives.
The room came with a Keurig like coffee maker. I brewed myself some coffee, used the coffee cream provided by the hotel. The cleaning staff cleaned my room. Never, replacing the coffee and milk. I went to the front desk, to complain, the staff sent me to the restaurant. Who sent me to starbucks. I hate Starbucks.I paid $3.27 for a pint of milk at the hotel starbucks. I bought my own tea. Becareful,
