Hotel is close to Airport

Posted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: it was close to the Airport
Cons: renovation of bathrooms and carpet and mattress.
Location: N/A
Room was in desperate need of a renovation. Carpet was dirty, mattress old and the room smelled musty. Over all the Hotel needs a make over to move into the 21 century. The staff was somewhat friendly but I was not impressed by their service.

Stay in the main building

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Location: Walking to anything was tricky because you had to cross a very busy street.
We were put into one of the buildings distant from the main hotel. It looked out onto a slough of some sort, not pretty. The room was clean but felt big and empty. To get to the main building to go to the Lounge, restaurant, or gift shop was a bit of a walk and then we couldn't get into the building from the rear. Stay in the main building.

Near SeaTac

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Near airport And had shuttle svc.
Cons: see above
The front desk check person was not customer friendly at all. When I gave him my rewards, there was no upgrade or free room ammenities as promised. The directions to my room in this large complex of buidlings, was to "turn right and right. A postcard map was given. This was not helpful. A large costume ball was also going on and that added to the confusion. A friendly porter found me in a hallway and helped me all the way thru the "maze" to the room. The room was pleasant enough to this late nite traveler, that just got off a long plane ride. The next day at check out I mentioned this, only to be told "staff get lost too". At least I got the cookie!!

Creepy but ok

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Pretty nice clean rooms.
Although the room itself was pretty ok for the cost, the confusing complex was not particularly delightful after traveling in to catch a flight the following day. After checking in and being charged $21 to park overnight at a hotel with spacious lots, I was given confusing directions to a far out compound where my room was. Once I actually located the block of rooms and parked, it was a little tricky to find the entrance and then the elevator. As I was walking long hallways to the elevator (as it was not at all central) the hallways looked banged up and a bit creepy. I was freaking out a little, it was dark and I ran into someone taking a very large dog out of their room for a walk, I finally found my room. I was relieved once entering it that it was clean and pretty nice. Overall, I don't think I would stay there again. It was too complicated and I don't particularly appreciate that in an airport hotel.

A good hotel in a great location.

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Location, service and total experience.
Cons: Shuttle service - we waitedover 30 minutes for a bus.
A slow check-in, no kleenex in the room but the rest, including the Dining Room well above average.

Cons: Shower temperature was not hot enough.
I was disappointed to be put in one of the last rooms in Wing 5 (it took me a long walk to get to my room) with a shower that wouldn't be hot enough.

Fantastic experience

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Great styling, classy rooms, amazing customer service.
Cons: I felt a little hijacked by the parking. $21 for an overnight stay was a 20% additional fee I wasn't counting on.
Location: Great access to the freeway that took us right into Seattle.
I loved the style of the building. Extra touches like the fancy elevators and unique carpeting really added to the classiness.

Staff was unhelpful.

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Stayed here several times never had a problem. This time was bad as far as staff goes. Did a stay and park no one would tell us if we were parked okay still don't know and I'm in Hawaii hope my car is there when we get back. The room and amenities always great. Didn't even get offered a cookie what's with that my kids and myself favorite part.....
