Overall ok; however, getting toilet paper and extra coffee from housekeeping was difficult. The person on our floor did not speak English. I had to take the empty toilet paper roll to show him what I needed. I called housekeeping but could not speak with a human or leave a message.

Used as a stop over on a long trip . We were shuttled to and from airport. Unfortunately this is quite an old property in need of some updating. But it was clean and had a good amenities like a restaurant. No bar fridge in room.

I like that they're pet friendly, have a aesthetically concealed heated outdoor pool and hot tub, they offer their delicious walnut chocolate chip cookies, there's a small gift shop, along with a coffee stand and restaurant.

After finding a broken nail in the shower and stains on the sheets we switched to a different room only to find the next room in the same state of horrific dirtiness. Did not stay the night and checked in to a neighboring hotel. Will never go back!

Good location if you want stay after long flight. Stayed in few Double Hiltons on my journey and all had same problem: missing bodywash in bathroom and they did not deliver after mentioned to staff. Hotels old, outdated..Half of bathroom door was missing.

Just needed a hotel close to airport for very early departure. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Best restaurant was under renovation. Shuttle to airport made departure quick and easy.

Checked in later about 10pm with a reservation were put in the hotel room furthest away from front desk the end of wing 5B- room 5271 which they won’t do room service too because it’s too far away. Toilet and washroom were dirty as well as phone. Went to the only restaurant left open in hotel ordered take out appies and it took over 40mins to get 2 orders of wings and a pepperoni flatbread. Kids had fallen asleep before they finally had it ready. 1 star would not stay here again.

Hilton parking overnight was $33 dollars to essentially park for about 10 hrs. In the morning we went down to eat breakfast, $25 per person or you could buy off the menu which was also outrageous prices. Bc we booked off of Expedia, I couldn’t collect any rewards points for my stay. The positive side - room was nice, bed was comfortable. Sleep experience was good.

The hotel was just wrapping up hosting a tech conference attended by a ton of noisy youth who were checking out as I was checking in. The lobby was noisy noisy and the person checking me in kept apologizing. There were still a lot of folding beds in the hallway in my corridor. So, it was a chaotic scene and I do not hold that against the hotel. By the time I went to dinner, the folding beds had all disappeared. On the plus side, I was checked in and given a room at noon - three hours earlier than checkin time. And I received TWO cookies as a peace present.

You sold our room, it was late night, 1am, we had to wait for better part of an hour, then we had to shuttle to the other hotel, wait in line there for 20-30 to get checked in to a room. I hope you will not sell a room reservation again. We were comfortable in the other hotel, and they treated us well, so that was good.

Very disappointed with our stay at DoubleTree by SeaTac. There was no hot water in the room’s shower or sink. We were staying for a short period of time before catching a flight and it was very unreliable. Felt that it was not even close to worth the price/stay if we could not rely on being able to take a comfortable shower. The front desk was contacted right away once we noticed the problem, but they were not concerned or very helpful at all. They did not check in with us once we told them about the problem. Was really hoping this would be a simple and easy stay during our travels, but it did not turn out be.

Our reservation was given to another guest. We had to wait 30 minutes while about 7 other guests were given rooms ahead of us. This was at 1:00 I’m the morning after flying all day. Not happy

This property is so old I am suprised Hilton puts their name on it. In room coffee tasted like dirt. No mini fridge. Basic cable with no menu. Will not choise here again. The best thing about this place was the warm cookie at check in.

Pretty pricey for overnite stay when everything including parking is extra, so should have gone down the road a bit but late nite arriving made this a choice. The room was clean and standard for Hilton. They brought me a working remote quickly upon request. Couldn't get into parking area without taking ticket (so go over that before getting to lot) so had to pay extra instead of the already overpriced $33. Did go to desk at checkout and desk clerk kindly removed the original charge from my bill. All in all slept well and was only one night but never going back.

We were there just for an overnight stay. It was close to the airport and we needed a shuttle to the airport. We were able to check in early and they had wonderful chocolate chip cookies at the check in counter!

The hotel has a unique Asian themed architectural style. A lot of space is given to landscape and covered walkways connecting the several buildings. It was unusually cold during our stay so these long walks were unpleasant. The room still had a 5 gallon toilet and a powerful shower, which was very nice. We were a party of 5 and our three rooms were all in separate wings, but that may have been because we checked in early and the hotel accommodated us. We requested extra pillows and towels our first morning there. They were delivered promptly, but housekeeping came later in the day and took the extra towels before we could use them. The housekeeping direct dial line went straight to voicemail and a full mailbox. The Expedia rate was "incompatible" with our Hilton Honers discounts, but the front desk said it was a very good rate. I was able to use our Hilton Honors number when signing in to wifi. We had breakfast once in the restaurant. The $26 cost of the buffet was a bargain compared with the ala carte prices. ($18 waffle?) There is also a coffee stand with $4 drip coffee, espresso, and pastries. The cookies are softer than most Doubletrees and i liked that. The hotel is not well located for Seattle tourist activities. An Uber to the Frye was going to be $73.00 each way. The nightly parking fee made having a rental car an expensive alternative. The hotel sells parking spaces for "flyaway" travelers, so the lot was crowded.
