Nice hotel close to airport.

Pros: Nice coffee shop.
Cons: Bed was listed as pillow top, which it was; but the pillow top did not add a great deal of comfort.
This was convenient for us because it was close to the airport. The staff was nice and cookies were a nice touch. The only thing we didn't care for was the bed wasn't that comfortable and the breakfast option was too high priced.

Close to airport

Pros: clean; rooms comfortable
Cons: coffee stand open earlier in morning; if there is a 6am flight, the 4:00am shuttle is necessary and a good cup of joe would really be appreciated!
Nice hotel; nothing special but we do feel very safe here. At the rate we received it was a good value. Shuttle was late but the hotel personnel handled it well by having someone else jump in and fill the driving need.

Pros: Friendly staff, warm cookies :), Starbucks
Cons: Nothing
Location: Downtown Seattle was a lot of fun. Went to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, the first Starbucks. Rode the pier carousel.
Very warm and welcoming staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

GREAT!

Pros: It was very pretty and inviting.
We had just flown in and arrived very late, 11pm. Upon checking in during conversation we informed the lady we had just gotten married that afternoon and was on our honeymoon leaving the next morning on an Alaskan cruise. To our surprise she upgraded us to a suite! Wow! Wasn't expecting that. Best thing though was getting those delicious cookies! LOVE them cookies!!!

this makes me mad to have to fill in things

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: close to the airport; did have a shuttle
Cons: see above.
Booked a king and it was not available on arrival. No guarantees when booked on expedia. Staff dismissive about our reservation request. Shuttle to airport didn't leave on schedule so we missed our shuttle. Restaurant staff not attentive - never got my tea!

Weary Traveler

I was so tired after flying all day and major delays stranded me in Seattle overnight. The shuttle was quick, the staff was very friendly, and even allowed me a late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Short Stay

Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and comfortable room.
Cons: We had too much luggage for the courtesy bus so we had to take a taxi. That was pricey.
Just stayed for one night after a vacation before taking off for home. The standard room was large and the two queen beds were quite comfortable. It was very quiet and the lounge food was delicious. Wish I could get a room this nice for the price when we stay for longer periods at hotels.
