Our choice for overnight.

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Comfort and bar/restaurant.
Cons: The restaurant staff for breakfast. The 'service' was not helpful or responsive. We had to ask to be seated for example.
Conveniently located near SeaTac airport, Seattle, Bellevue & freeways, the SeaTac DoubleTree is quiet, comfortable with a pleasing, helpful staff. We like the character of the older buildings which are very well maintained.

Great service

With so many others there for the same fitness conference, staff was still very concerned with a pleasant stay. Impressive customer service about traveling using the light rail system. Thank you!

Amazing

This is the most confusing hotel in the World. You need a map to find your room and a seeing eye dog to find your way back. Other than that, it's just fine.

Late arrival, two Pomeranians, wonderful night, great staff (very helpful), warm chocolate chip cookie at check in--perfect!

$25 parking fee

It was difficult to navigate this huge facility in the dark, particularly with the parking lot and unfriendly check in service at the front desk.

Convenient location

This hotel is old and sad. In my room, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the wallpaper was peeling, and the TV remote didn't work. Staff were friendly when you could find them, but when I tried to find someone to check out, I couldn't find desk staff, and bell staff just shrugged their shoulders.

Comfortable Hotel in a great location

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Location and staff, transport to airport an advantage.
Cons: My non smoking room had a cigarette smell so maybe it should have been aired.
Very helpful staff and easy to deal with. No request was a problem.
