disappointingPosted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: location. It was close to the airport.
Cons: coffee available 24 hours a day. At 11:00 a.m at checkout no coffee in the lobby. The wi-fi was so slow. The window got stuck open.
Location: close to the airport. close to the light rail station.
I booked this room on line 1 week previously. Once i arrived, I was required to pay an extra $40.00 damage deposit. The next morning I was required to go to the front desk to receive my damage deposit, but first I had to wait while a staff member had to run up to check the room for any damage. I was very disappointed. Check out was at 11:00 a.m At 11:20 we were finally at our car. The hostess checking us in answered a phone call, when she was done she started talking rudely to me about the person she was on the phone with. Very unprofessional.

An unsafe area.Posted Sep 30, 2013
This hotel is typical of your average Econo Lodge. It is the location that concerns me. I would try to book a hotel further up the road on the other side of the Airport.

I would not stay here againPosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
The free airport shuttle pick-up was one of the few high points. This place was not worth the price. It was a several block walk to resturants in an area I did not feel comfortable walking in.

If you need a place to stay for a few hours.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: There was a fridge and microwave in the room.
Cons: Rude Staff
Location: Seattle Airport Car Rental is within walking distance.
The hotel seemed okay upon arrival. The room was small but decent. It had a fridge and microwave which I liked. The front desk clerk had a friend/another employee lurking in the lobby which made me a bit nervous. We got there very late/early morning (4 AM) and requested a late check out (noon). They agreed and we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the door. In the morning the housekeeping staff knocked twice to clean the room. The second time I asked if the "Do Not Disturb" sign was still in the door to which she replied, "yes". Then after I was short with her the housekeeping staff called the room and then claimed it was the wrong number. I found it very rude. I will not be staying there again because of this incident. Why even have a "Do Not Disturb" sign if you can't adhere to it?

Pros: Airport shuttle
Cons: Obviously the neighborhood .
Location: Mt. Rainier
Great arrangement for airport pickup. It was unnerving to see a sign outside that warned of drug and prostitution activity.

Reviews are not accuratePosted Jul 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is not a hotel I would ordinary book without good ratings, and the ratings in the hotel profile were pretty good. However, the property is not as represented. The rooms are old, beds uncomfortable and has a pervasive odor of old. We will not be staying here again.
