Good Hotel close to airport. Great shuttle servicePosted May 28, 2014
Pros: The shuttle service to and from airport, the breakfast and the manager's reception
Cons: Need more staff to reduce the long lineups at breakfast and supervision is required around self serve food.
Location: Close to airport. Mall shopping a few minutes away by shuttle. Also close to the rail service which takes you downtown Seattle.
We usually use Embassy whenever there is one in the city to which we are going. Most of it was as expected except the cockroaches in the room and washroom. As well during the manager's reception, there was no supervision of the snacks and there were many children around. We were unable to consume anything as the children were not practicing good hygiene around the snacks. As a matter of fact I brought it to the attention of the staff and another was then sent to attend however it was too late by then.

Weekends are only good for family's with kids 12 and younger because it is a mad house til about 11pm. Kids running a muck. Decent hotel.

I loved it, the rooms were beautiful it's a 5 minute drive from a huge amazing Westfield Mall and right outside of Seattle. Perfect location! Everyone at the front desk was very nice.

Great for familiesPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: The suite division worked well for our family on this trip. The breakfast cooked hot as you order is far superior to most hotels.
Cons: I was surprised that they charged for internet access.
Our experience was that it was quieter than most hotels although lots of children were there. It has very well insulated suites.

Seemed slightly dated, but overall a good experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel close to mall, restaurants, and the like.

Great breakfastPosted May 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was clean, and up graded suite was very large. everything worked. Bed was comfy, supplies and linens were wonderful.. Some of the lobby furnishings and room furnishings are looking dated in style.

Great valuePosted Apr 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
I have to say I was pleasantly shocked by the room I got for the price I paid. Ended up getting a two room suite for about what I would have paid for a small 1 person room elsewhere. If I had to nitpick, the decorations in the room were a bit sparse, the biggest wall in the room was white and completely bare except for the TV, looked a bit weird. But that is a small detail, very pleased overall.

Shuttle service greatPosted Apr 25, 2014
We had two of our kids with early flights so it was great that they could take the shuttle to the airport and we didn't have to leave at the wee hours of the morning. The breakfast was great as always

Good HotelPosted Apr 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel has a nice look and feel. The room was clean and is spacious. The manager's reception every afternoon is great for a snack and drinks time, and a real money saver. Some lack of control in the pool area, where we saw some children in the pool by themselves, but other than that a good option at a reasonable price.
