Pros: The staff were trying to do their best despite the condition of the hotel
Cons: REFURBISH
Location: Surely you jest ? Taco Bell and a Jack in the Box !!
The room was not cleaned well, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and overall the room was poorly lit and just in dire need of refurbishing. That goes for the hotel also

Pet friendly, but...

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Convenient location. It "looks" nice.
Cons: Better room maintenance, cleaning, and the obvious pet fee issue.
We selected this hotel for a short stay last weekend, but we had to bring our 20# Boston Terrier with us. SO, the website says for the $75 pet fee, they provide a dog bed, a couple bottle of water, 2 bowls, a bag of treats, some waste bags and a list of pet friendly services/opportunities in the area. Well, they don't. They charge you $75 for an extra deep cleaning fee. They give you a bisquit and nothing else. We asked 3 different people at the front desk, where is the "pet package", and were told its just an extra deep cleaning fee. Furthermore, our room, 229, was downgraded from a king to double bed. At 5 AM the building cooling system came on, and you could hear the chiller rumbling in the room below us, there was "hair", short and curly, in the bathtub. The paint and caulking maintenance were terrible. And the next morning, we watching the housekeeping crew while we ate breakfast...they spent a total of 7 minutes in our room. We confronted them about the fee, lack of "pet" cleaning, and the lack of the promised amenities. They did refund us the pet fee for that night, but without our complaining...it would have stuck.

Hotel close to airport.

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: The rooms are large with amenities, and the breakfast and evening hospitality was excellent.
Location: The hotel is minutes from the airport Link rail system which allows travel to the downtown area of Seattle.
The only bad experience was waiting for the shuttle upon arrival at the airport the first time. The wait was over an hour. We used the shuttle numerous times with no waiting after the first time.

Dirty room and misleading information

Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff for the most part were helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness. Cleaning staff in breakfast area spent 15 minutes talking to each other while guests filed in to find dirty floors and tables.
Room quilt, carpet and counter-tops were visibly dirty. Breakfast area was still dirty (tables and floor) at the advertised breakfast time. Hot food was not available at the advertised time.

Easy cruise to airport connection

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: The staff
Location: Easy to airport and link train , could not be more convienence
Booked this because I wanted smoking room and to be close to airport. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Let us check in early and gave us shuttle to airport so we could catch link to downtown seattle , where we spent our last day. Could not have been easier.

Great facilities

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The staff was well trained and friendly. Full breakfast cooked to order.
Cons: The doors closed hard, something could be done so that you don't hear your neighbor's door (children next to us made this more obvious).
Location: This is close to SeaTac. We stayed here because it is close to our daughter so we weren't looking for things to do.
We chose this hotel because it's close to my daughter's house, it's your average airport location. The hotel was great though. It was clean, modern and the staff was helpful. They were friendly to our dog and even gave her treats. The sitting area can be a little noisy during happy hour since all the rooms open to the courtyard from the sitting area, but after hours it was quiet.

Wonderful time

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: food, drinks, comfort
Cons: Have more water available for guest to drink, very humid and hot within the lobby/atrium area.
I had used Embassy for my daughter's wedding. Embassy did a wonderful job in making our daughter's wedding a wonderful time. Food was great, staff was excellent. The rooms at this hotel are always comfortable. we stay often at the embassy change hotels.

Worst Hotel Experience in 15 years

Posted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
I would not recommend staying here. The hotel is old - its just been painted over so it looks newer. We checked into this the Embassy Suites. The person helping out at the counter wasn't polite. I was checked into a room. Walked into the room to find that the room had not been cleaned. Dirty linens piled on the beds, pizza lying on the table. Totally gross. I went back to the front desk and they agreed to give me a free night stay. Pool is substandard - and filthy. Restaurant was good. The next morning, the toilet started to overflow - totally gross. Will never go back to this location for sure.
