Great Vacation!Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Free contintintental breakfast, courteous staff and clean rooms.
Cons: Free wifi and parking would be ideal.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, highway to central locations, etc.
My husband and I normally chose Embassy Suites for our vacation stays. They are conveniently located near airports and we love the free continental bfast included in your stay as well as the late checkout option of 3pm.

$10 for Parking???Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: breakfast was great, staff was friendly
Cons: give us free parking already... internet service on the house.
I realize I failed to read the fine print in the booking, but it was disappointing to find out, after paying over $250 on a room that we had to pay an additional $!0 for parking. It was a real money grab. I can imagine if this was in downtown Seattle where space is truly a premium, but in Tukwila... really? Not to mention the paid wi-fi... something I can't understand. A Days Inn motel will give you free Wi-fi but a $250 dollar hotel will require you to pay for internet connection... this is something I don't get. I was also quite disappointed with the bathroom. Again, for the money we paid, you would expect a sparkling bright bathroom, instead I noticed the tiles were not properly scrubbed, the flooring was not too inviting to step on and the hanging shower head (because we were the lucky party to get a disabled room) looked really sad hanging down like that. The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, but pay parking??? sad looking bathrooms for the price we paid... sorry not a happy customer and I would not recommend your hotel to others.

Absolutely pleasant stay....Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Staff tended to us and answered questions in prompt and professional manner.
Cons: include shuttle service to nearby ball
Location: Close enough to enjoy Downtown Seattle...Pike Place and all that it offers as well as Mariner and Seahawk stadium
Had an exquisite dinner. Room extremely comfortable, enjoyed complementary happy hour and a tasteful morning buffet. Kids had a blast in the indoor pool.

There were too many kids playing at the elevator and no space for breakfast and not enough stuff to refill for food.

Big suite but datedPosted Jun 24, 2014
Free evening reception and morning breakfast makes it a good deal. However, the hotel is a bit dated and in need if renovation

Great comfortable beds. A little old and not very clean. Outdated. Layout of the room was great.

Nice hotel close to airportPosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Room big enough for my son's family and us. Friendly staff.
Cons: Wish there were queen size beds instead of double. Daughter-in-law was worried that our granddaughter would fall off bed.
Location: Close to the airport. Didn't do much as we were tired from a full day at the Seattle Aquarium.
Greeted by friendly staff. Good reception in the afternoon to enjoy a drink or two.

Expected more...Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: For the cost, WiFi should be included. Movies in room should be less, you will sell far more !
Although very clean and comfortable. We expected more for the cost.

Beautiful facility, front desk staff lacking.Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Quality of rooms, general facility cleanliness. Full breakfast.
Cons: New front desk staffing/training. Better pool maintenance. Re-arrange breakfast bar.
Location: Handy for SEATAC. Next to train station. Near Southcenter and Funcenter.
Booked three rooms. Front desk clerk failed to properly note one rooms booking so late night staff booked the same room to someone else. When they attempted to enter room, we called the front desk thinking someone was trying to break in. Some staff person showed up to open the room for the new guests - even after we tried to stop them by telling them the room was occupied. Finally, somebody from the front desk showed up to stop the intrusion (after scaring the wits out of my sister-in-law). Next AM the manager (Kyle) was effusive in apology and "comped" the room. Subsequent billing issues showed that the front desk staff were underqualified and over-worked.
