Nice hotel, loved the atrium, pool and hot tub.Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: It is classy and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the metal springs hurts my back. Could use an extra pad or better bed.
Overall , it was great! Not too far from Seattle. Lynnwood is a good city.

Pros: That room service was available and had a restaurant on site. Nice North Seattle location and easy to find from freeway. Complimentary breakfast.
Cons: More comfortable blankets for beds. Tables in breakfast area could be cleaned off by staff in a more timely manner, more seating should be provided.
Facility needs a bit updating, the chairs in the lounging area were ripped and "repaired" with duct tape. The beds were covered in a very hot and heavy comforter, 2 cotton blankets would have been cooler and more comfortable.

Vacation and businessPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Very open area and a good breakfast. Also enjoyed the happy hour.
Location: Bike trails and stores. Good access to I-5. Not to far from the beautiful Puget Sound.
Since we brought our bikes along it was nice being near some bike trails. Location not bad once the traffic during rush hour died down allowing us to get to Seattle.

Excellent place to stayPosted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: The interior lay out of the building. The size and comfort of the room. The bed. The amenities (fridge, two TVs, a sink). The climate control.
Cons: It would be nice if they offered free wireless wifi (like a lot of hotels do) rather than charge. Also the location is a little hard to find.
Location: Right in downtown Lynwood where there are a lot of stores, restaurants close by. Also a fairly short drive to Seattle.
For the price this is a great place to stay..in fact it feels like it should be in a higher cost range. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. A sitting area with a sofa bed and chair, desk, mini fridge, sink, two TVs, an adjustable climate control/fan set up (rather than a AC unit in the window), and a sturdy, comfortable king bed... I liked the interior design of the room too: the decor and the color combo. There is an restaurant/bar on the first floor which serves very good food. Also a small espresso cafe. It was pretty busy the weekend I stayed but its spacious enough that I never felt crowded (which happens at smaller hotels). The staff were friendly and prompt during the check-in process.

Comfy but a little datedPosted Jul 26, 2014
Attended a seminar here so stayed a few nights ... room was adequate but a bit dated. There was allot of wear and tear on the furniture. Staff was super great! They afforded me a late check out since the seminar ended after the check out time. Made to order breakfast was good. Not the best facility to attend a seminar because the partitioned walls are thin so you could hear everything in the next room.

This is my family's favorite hotel. We've stayed there 5-6 times. The pool has a waterfall and is fun for the kids. The cooked for you breakfast is an awesome deal as is the evening free snacks and drinks. The hotel is beautiful!

Nice hotel with everything you needPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Facilities, staff, amenities
Cons: Chlorine balance in the pool
Location: Not far from Boeing and the Future of Flight Museum and the hotel is right by the I-5 so we'll within reach of all Seattle has to offer.
Stayed at the Embassy Suites with my husband and friend in a twin bed suites and was thoroughly impressed with both the facilities and service during our stay. The rooms had plenty of space, the bathroom toiletries fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and we all loved the 'made to order' omelettes. Free parking was a blessing and whilst the pool and sauna were both fantastic, the excessive chlorine used made it extremely difficult to enjoy these facilities for an extended period. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle who has a hire car.

Cons: Hotel wouldn't give me a closing statement because I had booked through Expedia - I thought that was odd.
For just 1 night the experience was good. Not aware that I booked a smoking room there was no room to change to. Other than that it was acceptable.

Nice hotel but not up to Embassy Suites levelPosted Jul 22, 2014
Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Door in the room was a pain to open. Mechanical problem. Television was horrible. Carpets stained. Furniture highly worn. Elevator floors horribly stained and smelled awful. Only redeeming feature was the staff.
