The executive seems to suffer from a dichotomy in its staff. The good ones are really very decent. Nice engaging people. The bad ones drag it down I was checked in by a gentleman who seem to take it as a front that I had booked only within the prior 24 hours and I was asking for an early check-in. I explained that I was staying because of some ongoing issues with my apartment. A few weeks back, we suffered some damaged pipes which caused water to spray from below warping, among other things, hardwood floors in nine different units. I’m in the middle of chemotherapy and the smell makes me sick and it’s not just the smell in our unit. It’s all along. You can smell it coming through the vents. Frankly, I just don’t want to add facility problems to my list of things that are not going well for me. I’ve been staying at a hotel while the management conducts necessary repairs. While I’d love to believe we’re finished, we probably aren’t and I will likely have to stay three or four more nights. We’ll see. When I arrived I asked the front desk for an early check in, whatever room was available. If that meant I’d pay an early check-in fee, whatever no problem, or if I would have to pay for a better type of room, no problem. The gentleman checking me in seemed as though he was taking my request as some sort of special treatment demand. It was not. I would love to think the matter with my apartment is concluded, but returning home is fairly obvious that this we continuing

I was very disappointed, the pictures of the rooms online looked so nice. I was really excited to stay there. And when we received our room it was very tiny & old. I felt like I was in a room on a cruise ship. False advertising & I will not stay there again! :(

Just stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, they had free wine tasting from 5-6 every day during the week and morning coffee in the lobby. Centrally located in a good part of town. Staff were helpful. Would stay again.

The property is asthetically attractive with an elegant antique exterior and modern interior design. Maintenance and housekeeping staff are kind and responsive. Front desk staff are available to help with questions. The restaurant is under construction, which is a bit inconvenient. Parking is expensive and also inconvenient for guests. The bathroom did not have a vent and the heater did not work, siren noises were very loud during the night.

Location is perfect, walk to all the best parts of Seattle, just 12 mins to Pikes Place, 6 mins to fisherman’s wharf, and all the best dining and shopping around the corner. Staff was friendly courteous and helpful. We arrived quite late, and the staff was very welcoming and helped us find the parking next door.

The manager in suits are extremely rude. Before I booked this hotel, I called reception to see if I was able to park my rental car there for free and they told me yes. I found out when I got there that it was 45$ a night and it was too late to refund my nightly stays. My a/c was broken, the toilets look like middle/high school toilets. Everything was dirty and stained.

Still decent if you're an experienced traveler. Kind of noisy(from outside) at night, and you can't fully close the windows, since they made a unique design to stop you doing that. Super terrible internet. No toothbrush & toothpaste. The room makes you feel somewhat cramped. And many other cons for you to explore. However, they'll make you bedsheet & towels and do some cleaning everyday. Servants are helpful and polite. In general, I think living in a hostel has a slightly better value than this one if you choose to travel alone.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish we had a better view than the air conditioner and the parking structure, but we weren’t in the room at all. Comfortable bed. Weird tiny bathroom. Would stay here again for the right price.
