The property is asthetically attractive with an elegant antique exterior and modern interior design. Maintenance and housekeeping staff are kind and responsive. Front desk staff are available to help with questions. The restaurant is under construction, which is a bit inconvenient. Parking is expensive and also inconvenient for guests. The bathroom did not have a vent and the heater did not work, siren noises were very loud during the night.

Location is perfect, walk to all the best parts of Seattle, just 12 mins to Pikes Place, 6 mins to fisherman’s wharf, and all the best dining and shopping around the corner. Staff was friendly courteous and helpful. We arrived quite late, and the staff was very welcoming and helped us find the parking next door.

The manager in suits are extremely rude. Before I booked this hotel, I called reception to see if I was able to park my rental car there for free and they told me yes. I found out when I got there that it was 45$ a night and it was too late to refund my nightly stays. My a/c was broken, the toilets look like middle/high school toilets. Everything was dirty and stained.

Still decent if you're an experienced traveler. Kind of noisy(from outside) at night, and you can't fully close the windows, since they made a unique design to stop you doing that. Super terrible internet. No toothbrush & toothpaste. The room makes you feel somewhat cramped. And many other cons for you to explore. However, they'll make you bedsheet & towels and do some cleaning everyday. Servants are helpful and polite. In general, I think living in a hostel has a slightly better value than this one if you choose to travel alone.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish we had a better view than the air conditioner and the parking structure, but we weren’t in the room at all. Comfortable bed. Weird tiny bathroom. Would stay here again for the right price.

Unprofessional reception staff. Parking was full so they made us go park at the building next door. When we checked in to the room, the bed sheets were dirty (yellow stains all over it). We immediately called front desk and they sent housekeeping to change our sheets. Weird smell in the room, we left the window open all night to air out the gross smell even though it was cold. The bathroom could barely fit one person in it. The toilet cover was jammed and it wouldn’t flip down. We slept with our tracksuits on as the place just didn’t feel clean. Would NOT stay at this hotel ever again.

The bathroom looked nothing like the picture displayed on the website and was a very tight fit to even use the toilet. The toilet paper fell off every time you sat down because the holder was not mounted correctly. The beds were advertised as queen when they were definitely full size. Despite the size issue, the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. There was a contact on the floor of the bathroom (neither me nor the person staying with me wear contacts) and there was white liquid on the side of the nightstand. The paint was peeling on the bathtub and the water pressure was very weak, however I understand this is an older building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay, room was clean felt safe and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Our bathroom door didnt actually work but wasnt a big issue, the door knob didnt work no little "knob" to go in the hole to close. They supplied ear plugs i case of noise but that wasnt an issue for us. We couldnt get the heater to quit blowing or working but we just cracked the window open a bit and it was perfect. Location was great but all bars nearby close early like 10 or 11. We got in late wanting a couple drinks only had a little bit. Dining options at the location were getting a new place moving in and was under eenovation. So no fining option while we were there. Great central location.

Check in was quick which was nice. Hotel room was dirty and smelled stale. Noted multiple black hairs in the bathtub and in the bathroom. Requested the bathroom be cleaned and was told someone came and cleaned it. Reached out again and said it hadn’t been cleaned because it looked exactly the same upon our return to the room, and there were no remedy to fix the issue. Would not stay here again
