Pros: Ruth's Chris for Breakfast! I'll take that!
You definitely get what you pay for! The price was higher than I usually pay, but the luxury was well worth it!

Great central locationPosted Jul 20, 2014
Very nice hotel. Probably the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen in a hotel, and I travel frequently.

Great location for a short stay!Posted Jul 15, 2014
I was only making a pit stop in Seattle on the front end of a business trip, so I had a whopping 24 hours in the city. This hotel was in a perfect location for hitting the big tourist spots. You can walk 6 blocks down Pine Street to get to the Pike's Place Public Market, or walk one block over to hop on the monorail to the Space Needle. From the Public Market it was also a quick walk up the waterfront to the Great Wheel. The room was super comfortable and nice, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Seattle in the future!

Convenient hotel location in downtown SeattlePosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: I like that the Grand Hyatt was within walking distance of Pike Place Market.
Cons: WiFi should be included with all rooms.
Location: The hotel is very close to Pike Place Market and the shopping district.
The Grand Hyatt was within walking distance to tourist attractions and public transportation. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel due to it's convenient location. WiFi was available for a fee which I find absurd. There were convenient food options on the first floor. After my first day, my room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, and they were able to send someone within the window I had requested.

Great downtown locationPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: it's location
Cons: Provide free internet for guests
Location: Very near great department store shopping and good restaurants: Cheese Cake Factory, NYC Deli, PF Changs
We liked that this hotel was so close to Westlake center where both the Light Rail and the Mono rail come in that we didn't need a cab. The room was average but comfortable but the bathroom was outstanding with so many amenities. Loved the cool window shade! But it sure would have been nice if they could have provided free internet in their business center for the price we paid for the room. Also because we were on the 12th floor and not higher we didn't have much of a view. Staff was excellent. Concierge very helpful. Since no breakfast is provided we used the deli that was accessible right from the hotel lobby. Great place to get a reasonable breakfast or lunch.

Nice hotel ..convenient locationPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location,*** friendliness of staff***, room layout
Cons: Living room area furniture ..very uncomfortable....sleep mode remote in bedroom areas.
Location: Ducks at westlake was fun, monorail to space needle, food at Cheesecake Factory good, fish n chips at fishermans restaurant at pike place market.
Stayed in a corner suite nice view of sites . Furniture in front room could have been a bit more comfortable for the Hyatt standard. TV remotes should have been reversed....sleep mode remote was for living room tv and should have been in bedroom area. Starbucks coffee in room was great but,a lighter roast variety would have been nice. Ate breakfast at Ruth Chris .....needs work, potatoes seemed like leftovers from night before and eggs over cooked very small portion of Canadian bacon for the overall cost. Air condition was on most of the time due to thermostat being right on the window ledge ....all in all enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Close To EverythingPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Staff offered to call us when room was ready, checked us in and stored our luggage. It was early morning so was understandable room not ready yet.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: Centrally located, close to most city sites. Several modes of transportation close to hotel if you don't want to walk to various sites to see.
Beautiful Hotel. Within walking distance of most city attractions. Cheesecake Factory restuarant within a half a block of Hotel, Mall located about a block away and Monorail about 3 blocks away which will take you to the space needle. Upon return from cruise in early morning room at hotel not ready yet but staff very accommodating and allowed us to go out and see the city.
