I’ve stayed here 3 or more times. The continental breakfast is great. The pool is great. Unfortunately the room this time wasn’t the best. We had to be moved because the first room’s toilet didn’t work properly. The second room’s toilet was too low to the ground and maybe it was an accessibility thing? I don’t know but it wasn’t the best. The room was on at the end of the hall and we heard traffic from the freeway so it was not very relaxing. Unfortunately I didn’t check the alarm clock before we went to sleep and it woke us at 6am. I would still recommend this hotel as it’s renovated and affordable.

Friendly staff, quiet, safe neighborhood. The pool was nice and clean, lots of towels, had some pool toys. The bar was great, made me mocktails. Comfy room and beds.

This property was easy to find and the reception desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a restaurant and a bar here, so you don't have to leave for dinner and you get a nice warm breakfast in the morning.

Recently I stayed there and it was a bad experience for me and family. Blankets and bed sheets were very old and lots of disgusting stains on it . Also there were lots of hair on the couch that has not been vacuumed. Never recommended especially if you have children

A great place to stay with a young family. Easy to find parking, check in and check out. The kids liked the pool, the 12pm check out and having breakfast included.

When we showed up they told us I had two reservations. I kept showing the manager over and over that we only had one reservation. There must have been an Expedia glitch. When she said I would have to pay for both rooms all I could think was $800 for 2 nights is going to break our trip and we are going to have to head home. Finally after pleading my case showing her my reservations on the app over and over, a good 25 mins, she changed her mind and actually believed me there was a glitch in the system. They also told us not to use Expedia for reservations anymore. It made the beginning of the trip a bit stressful. Dinner in the restaurant the pasta wasn’t cooked, but the burgers were good. It bums me out to give a negative review, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, we would have loved to stay there again, and usually have a big group with us for Seattle Supercross, but we won’t just because of how we were treated at check in.

Our reservation was messed up by the front desk staff. We booked for 2 nights and they only processed one. We went for a gymnastics competition, and they were calling us during the competition asking why we hadn’t checked out after one night when we booked for two. They refused to take cash, and their machines were not accepting canadian debit cards. They wanted us to pay via credit card, and then would take cash after the two nights. Process was backwards and redundant. I have never heard of a hotel refusing to take cash for a stay. We had no problem giving them a card for the incidentals but we purposely took out cash as we did not want to pay on a credit card.

The King studio rooms are spacious with large sofa. The kitchenette is nice, with large fridge. WiFi and parking and breakfast are free. Bar is open until 11pm. Rooms have no USB ports for charging. My 2nd floor room in the back was street level- ask for floor 3 or higher. Room was perfectly quiet, but I don’t like being on ground level.
