Great stay at Hyatt House Bellevue!

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Everything except some moving of the room I felt while staying on the 5th floor!
We were looking for a hotel online in Bellevue after attempting to stay at the same Hotel we had reservations with the following night. They could get us in at higher rate than we were paying the following night. So, we really didn't want that and took a chance called Hyatt Bellevue last minute. We got a great surprise to get a room that night at a better rate than Fairfield Marriotts in Bellevue. The gentleman that helped us with our reservation was very polite and helpful. So, we decided to book the next night with them and cancelled with Fairfield. They offer a great breakfast that came with the stay! Very friendly and polite staff to work with at all levels! Would definitely stay again!

Key Arena

Pros: The decor and free breakfast.
Cons: Later pool hours.
Location: It is a 20 minute drive to Seattle when there is no traffic.
Wanted a comfortable, extra nice room at a good deal for an overnight visit to Seattle. Was not disappointed.

my experience was great! i liked the full fridge and cooktop. it would be great for a business traveler that may be somewhere a week or even more especially. having the ice maker in the room made it even more homey.

Stains on Sofa, holes in carpet between bed &sink

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: loved the breakfast buffet and the exercise room.
Cons: Clean the couch, fix the carpet, and get some comfortable beds.
Location: Not much
Appearance was great from the outside. The exercise room was great and breakfast was wonderful. However the important part (room cleanliness and the room comfort ,rock hard bed)was less than desirable .The stains on the sofa and the carpet needing repairs was a shocker for my family and I.

Hyatt House - Good Experience

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Location, amenities
Location: Downtown Seattle is conveniently close by.
Spent a night with the family at Hyatt House. Was pleasantly surprised at the amenities - good for extended stays. We brought up an odd odour in the room we were given initially, and were immediately moved to a more satisfactory room, with no questions, haggling, etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
