Great all around hotelPosted Feb 10, 2015
Went on a weekend trip. Every experience I had was exceptional, from checking in to using the facilities to locking myself out of the room and getting a new card. The staff was always willing and available to help. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The room as a whole was very warm, and everything worked nicely including the iron and hair dryer (big plus for you women out there). It was easily accessible and close to a main Highway, but not so much as to be bothered by noise. I loved my stay and I will be looking at more Hyatt Houses to stay at in the future.

Nice hotel in good location albeit near freewayPosted Feb 3, 2015
The neighborhood is good (I'm very familiar with the area); however the hotel is near the freeway. My room was on the end away from freeway on the 2nd floor and I never heard any noise. The room itself was nicely appointed. Everything was what I expected at this price point. The only negative (and why I wouldn't choose them again) is that while they have quality beds, they are far too firm for me (side sleeper). I did sleep, but not as comfortably as I have at the Larkspur nearby. If you like firm beds then overall I think you will be quite pleased with this property.

DisappointedPosted Jan 27, 2015
The hotel is not in a great location. We were excited to use the hot tube but some kid pooped in the pool so they closed it all down. The hotel staff was pretty rude about it too. The way our room was situated the vent was facing the bed so I had air blowing on me all night and the unit was really loud. So I didn't get much sleep. Breakfast was pretty good. In the end I wouldn't stay here again.

nice hotel but a bit mean staffPosted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: breakfast and swimming pool.
Cons: The breakfast service staff. A lady who served omelette was mean. She did not take our order before 9:30 but 10 minutes later she took other's order.
Location: not very good location. far from everything.
I stayed in it with my kids and friends for vacation. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great! Unbelieable swimming pool, not big but fun. And free coffee was 24 hours ready.

Beautiful modern hotelPosted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Facilities but the best part is their breakfast as they have a chef making eggs to order.
Location: The location is conveniently located by I-90 and 405.
The hotel was chick, beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had to check out early because the hotel was too far from where I had to be working. They were so nice about it and helped me out. Offered to go to the other property too.

Moderate luxury, great locationPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Lots of easy, free parking. Big and tasty breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room. On-site bar and restaurant. Comfy beds.
Cons: Bedside lamps gave a weak, cold blue light. Yechh.
Love this place. Rooms loaded with upscale amenities (wonderful beds, lots of desk space, strong WiFi, hookup to fast Internet, real coffee mugs, better-than-average toiletries, two free daily papers, an unbeatable breakfast buffet) and an I-90 location with easy access to downtown Seattle and Bellevue. Lots of attractions right nearby: Bellevue Art Museum (don't miss it), Bellevue Botanical Garden (exquisite) and Kelsey Creek Farm (working farm that's great for kids). We'll definitely be back.
