Great staff and facility

Pros: Friendly staff. Modern amenities. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Nothing noted.
Location: Mall and restaurants closeby
Recent stay while family was visiting Seattle. While I can't say there are a ton of Seattle attractions nearby, I this hotel is located in a great neighborhood and delivers a great experience at good value. Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Great experience with our stay.

Nice Hotel, its close to Redmond Square

Pros: Front desk very helpful. Breakfast could have pancake. Coffee was good.
Location: The all you can eat sushi was good but very pricey
Am very impressed to have a small stove inside the room. Wife very happy to have to cook a quick meal.

Good Hotel

Good hotel, great staff and breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, but they need to improve the cleaning staff.

Nice overall hotel for extended stays

Pros: The staff was nice and very helpful.
Cons: Heating and cooling systems in room are very noisy
The hotel was nice with a very northwest feel. Breakfast was good with many options. My complaint was the heating and cooling system was very loud. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect a quieter system. I am a heavy sleeper and it woke me up every time it came on and ran very loudly for a while. I would look for another hotel for that reason alone. Everything else was fine. I travel internationally quite extensively so I have a lot to compare it to.

Dirty Floor. Long checkin. No soap.

- hotel receptionist could not find my reservation and took over 30 minutes got checkin -was charged 25 dollar deposit because they could not find my reservation which has not been returned -my floor had a huge spill of something yellow looking as if mustard which was also on my walls? Pretty gross -soap was out as well in my dispenser so hand washing was an issue

Nice hotel in a quite area

Pros: 20 min from downtown Seattle, kitchen, comfortable bed, full breakfast, nice trail outside, free underground parking. Cons: toll bridge, inside pool (no sauna or gym), small dining area (7:30 am the latest you should be at the breakfast to find a spot).

Great layout

Pros: The layout was nice. Most hotels have the bathroom at the front door but I liked this layout cuz the bathroom was more near the sleeping area.
Cons: The shower was modified, open at one end, and a hole in the shower "door" water leaked out onto the floor from the hole.
Location: Easy to find. Located near shopping.
Staff were very nice. Grace was a great bartender! Room was comfortable. Temperature was easy to adjust.
