Hotel was nice. Nothing really notable. They did charge me $10 for parking, which was an unpleasant surprise. This was not listed on the booking.

Surprise $10 / night parking fee left me with a ripped off feeling. I could see that in a big city downtown, but this is a mall area. ‘Free’ breakfast included tasteless scrambled eggs that came from a box of powder. Staff was great, but Next visit to the area we’ll likely stay somewhere else.

The only thing I didnt like was the additional fee for parking. I’ve stayed here before and parking was included. Also, there was very little for anyone gluten intolerant to eat for breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay.

A fee for parking each day was added to the stay. This was not mentioned when booking the room through Expedia. In fact, Expedia still states "Hotel with free parking." and "Parking Included." The Hampton Inn and Suites does have the Parking Fee noted on their website, although the attendant at the hotel stated they had only been charging the fee for a few weeks, which means that they started the parking fee after I booked and paid for the hotel stay.

the $10 parking fee that i was not aware existed until i arrived was a bit disappointing when we have stayed here before and never had this. This morning it was very loud in the morning there was cleaning staff in the halls chatting outside of our room and had their walkie talkies quite loud talking to each other so the one day we could sleep in was cut short

121 was a horrible room. Right beside a double exit door and heard it slamming all night long and in the early morning. Although parking was included in the price, they said it’s $10 now and website wasn’t updated.

The family suites are such a great option when traveling with a family or group that exceeds the usual 4. They are large, open and include a kitchenette and dining space that really helps for it to not feel cramped/crowded. My husband and I stayed with 3 teenagers and because there were two sleeper sofas in addition to the two beds they were each able to have their own bed, which was so nice. We will always pick this option when staying in the area.

The location was wonderful, close to everything. We stayed at 2 queen suite room and the unit was very spacious. The hotel was well maintained and breakfast was decent. Our room was not very clean but we decided to let that go. What bothered us most was the hotel staff. They were not courteous, did not even see a single smile. Very disappointed as we liked staying at Hilton hotels until now. We did have fun family time and plan to return to Lynnwood soon but we will be staying at other places next time.

Awesome location just outside of Seattle with easy access to i5. There’s plenty of dining and shopping options close by as it’s the central shopping area. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Property staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Lou was busy training another employee and welcoming guests. When I came back down to the lobby shortly after checking in there was Lou wiping and cleaning to ensure the next guest entered a clean and sanitary front desk and lobby area. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. This is where we will stay again!

Poor customer service
I checked into a king deluxe suite on Friday 12 Jan 2024 and I was checking out 16 Jan 2024 and I needed space due to myself having PTSD from overseas. On my very first day I went for a swim around 11pm and upon getting back to my room I tried to take a shower and ran the water for 30 mins COLD. I went down cold still wet from the pool to tell them. They moved me to a smaller room that had a tub shower and this room was not what I paid for. That room was giving me triggers. The next morning I moved back to room 141. The original room I had. I complained and told them I stay locally and if there’s any way I can get the night back for the room I paid for and the manager told me she couldn’t do it. But I can get 25% off which was $108. I felt like they should have done right and just comp’d me a night for the room I had but couldn’t stay in the first night. I don’t want to pay extra money for something like that. That put a nasty taste in my mouth. And it sucks leaving this review. I just wanted the night I paid for in the room I paid for. This hotel is so close to my job I tried it out because every few months I have to get away from my family and people to clear my head and I needed a safe place. And the first night I wasn’t provided that. I loved my room and I felt like this could be my new place I stay when I get triggers, guess not. 600 bucks for 4 days the money wasn’t and option. Customer service and making wrongs right would have been the best thing. I fought for this

When we pop over to Lynnwood area from Vancouver BC, we always stay at this Hilton. It is convenient, lots of shopping and restaurants in area and don't need to go onto highway for the above if not needed
