Great hotel close to shopping.Posted Mar 29, 2015
The wine and snacks from 5 to 7 pm and the hot breakfast, both complimentary, are a great perk.

I really recommend this place if you're looking for a place close to the mall and Lynnwood area. Clean, nice and comfortable.

Cons: Having a staff that understands English and/or directions
Location: Mall, close to downtown and other attractions
I was disappointed, because I left instructions with the front desk that we didn't need any house keeping service while we were there. 1st morning they came knocking on door, I told them no thanks. when we returned that night, someone had obviously been in the room the light I left on was turned off, made kids stay in hall while I checked room, beds made anything that was left on beds was moved to another part of room or folded. (don't like my personnel stuff touched) Had a firm discussion with front desk, reminded them again that we didn't want or need house keeping, they assured me that they would take care of it. 2nd morning saw them in hall way on our way out, she asked if we need anything I said NO, came back late that night, guess who was in our room again. Too tired, deal with the matter in the morning. Told them how unhappy I was, they mentioned refunding us a night, but because we paid thru a third party they were unable to do anything for us. I told them go clean the room, we were checking out! Otherwise everything was clean, most of staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast's were very good.

March break weekendPosted Mar 27, 2015
I booked one night for weekend getaway with my teenage daughters. The hotel was in a great location for shopping we could even walk to a few stores. There were several boys hockey teams and their families booked in the hotel that weekend which made it was super busy in the pool and extremely over crowded at the managers reception and the breakfast. Basically no place to sit and they ran out of some foods at breakfast. Overall this doesn't reflect the hotel, but did make our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. I would definitely stay again during a less busy time.

Great family stay.Posted Mar 23, 2015
Location: Shopping, zoo, football and baseball games.
We went for a night away to visit Woodland Zoo. This hotel is only 15 minutes away from the zoo and close to some great shopping. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. We've stayed here before the reno and it was a nice hotel then. It's even nicer now. The happy hour and complimentary breakfast was very nice as well. Great value for the dollar.

Very nice stay! My room was big enough. The tv storage and the carpet were a little bit old but it didn't matter to us. Breakfast was great. I'll be back for sure.

Nearly best as this type of hotelPosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Clean. I was calm because so many children were staying.
Cons: The refrigerator setting was too strong, so everything kept in it was frozen.
Location: It takes about 20 min and 40 min to Seattle downtown, Seattle Tacoma airpot, respectively by car. And Boeing center is not far from this hotel.
The hotel men were so kind including the house keepers. This hotel is clean. The breakfast was enough as volume and had various foods as free. I do not know why there were so many family guests including children. Most of these kind of hotels are unfriendly but I was calm because there were so many children. In addition, there are some shopping malls around this hotel. It is easy to go out for shopping of foods or something. Good seafood and chinese-like restaurants are also located in these malls.

Good hotel for locationPosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Location, room size, breakfast in hotel. Very busy, but well stocked and attendants were very pleasant.
Cons: Replace things that need to be replaced.
Location: There is a lot of shopping nearby, we passed several stores. Decent restaurants. The family fun center is 10 minutes away with many activities also.
This hotel is in a good location, fairly close to shopping and restaurants. At first check in, the desk attendent appeared a bit standoffish. He was leaned over the computer, one elbow up on the desk with chin resting in his hand as he pecked at the keyboard. When I approached, he glanced up and smiled. I told him I was there to check in, and stated my name that held the reservation. He stopped for a moment, put up a finger and said just a minute, and continued with hand holding chin up, listlessly typing. I stood there for about 3 minutes, waiting for him to finish whatever it was so I could check in. No other staff were visible, and no other guests were near the front desk at all so I found this a little odd. The young man was very pleasant when he finally straightened himself up and looked at me, ready to check me in. Warm smile, very pleasant voice, although I had to ask him to speak up a bit. Check in was very smooth, directions to the room were clear. The room was definately large enough for all of us upon arrival. I had booked a double king room for the five of us, and the room had a bit of extra space with a desk, and sitting chair at one end, ample room to get around the beds, and walk past each other, even with three teenagers. Only not nice thing in the room were the soap holders in the shower. It looked as though they had been painted and were badly worn. Everything else was perfectly lovely.
