Nice hotel: great staff!

Enjoyed a week in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back away from the road and behind another hotel which made it a bit tricky for friends to find us. Good variety for breakfast. Comfy bed!

Central location and easy freeway access.

Pros: Clean rooms & having the option of firm or soft pillows
Cons: The bathroom was a little tight. I don't think it can be improved - just noting it was small and not much counter space.
Location: The restaraunts close by were limited, but you travel 5-6 miles away and the options increased significantly. The grocery store next door was nice
We would stay here again. The location was nice and close to what we were in the Seattle area for. Love the warm cookies and milk in the evening - nice touch. The breakfast wasn't too bad either, something I would pay $6-$7 for at a fast food restaraunt.

Quiet location, convenient

Clean and comfortable, quiet. The only complaint was that on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. At 9:30 when we (and some other guests ) came down, they had already put much of the food away and had to bring things back out again while we waited.

Good value hotel

Pros: Cookies! Clean room.
Cons: Breakfast
The hotel was in the midst of renovations and the hallway smelled of glue but it was clean and quiet throughout our stay. Parking was a breeze and there were cookies, fruits, and drinks available in the evening. Breakfast was just okay. Bacon, mediocre cheese omelets, carbs galore (potatoes, bread, muffins, pancakes), yogurt, and coffee/tea/juice.

Great location

Cons: The phone did not work so we could not call for a wake up call.
Location: There is a shopping area in the same block with a Denny's Restaurant close to the hotel.
We were in the area for a wedding and found the location near to the wedding site. The hotel was very quiet even though there was a full house. We slept well without noise from other rooms, It totally fit our needs and we would stay there again.

Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable.

Pros: Comfortable mattresses, clean linens, good water pressure, TV with great reception, and nice staff. Also, the WiFi worked very well.
Cons: The toilet seat in our room was a bit loose - should be fixed or replaced. Not a big deal.
Location: Starbucks and a full grocery store were useful. Restaurants close by, too.
My friend and I were very pleasantly surprised with our clean, comfortable room. The beds were excellent, and the linens seemed fresh and new. The shower's water pressure was great, and the TV worked well! There was a Starbucks close by plus a grocery store which was very convenient. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely go there again when visiting our friend who lives in the area.

Great hotel with awesome amenities

Pros: Breakfast, beds, pillows, they allowed us to check in early, large comfortable rooms, warm pool, friendly staff.
Cons: Larger breakfast dining room
Location: Lots of restaurant options close by - within walking distance, felt safe,
We really enjoyed our stay here. We chose it because it was only a few bucks more expensive than the other surrounding hotels but it included a full breakfast and an indoor pool. Nice staff, clean facilities, yummy breakfast, awesome room. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc which actually surprised me. Comfortable beds, much better pillows than the last several hotels we've stayed at. They were laying down new carpet on our floor but it posed no problem and there wasn't any noise the night we stayed. Off the beaten path - away from all the crazy Seattle traffic but still close enough. Highly recommend.

周辺にはスーパーや食事ができる場所が徒歩圏内にたくさんあり、とても快適でした。 ホテル自体も完璧で、何よりもスタッフが皆親切かつフレンドリーで楽しかったです。 朝食は毎日ほぼ同じメニューですが、そこそこ種類も豊富ですし、無料であるというところがとても良かったです。 部屋にはウエルカムコーヒーとミネラルウォーター、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがありました。 その他の施設は、ランドリー、ビジネスセンター、フィットネス、ジャグジー、プールがありました。 外食でのオススメは、交差点の向こうにあるFive Guys Burgerがとても美味しかったです。 私の経験上このように100点満点のホテルは珍しく、数えられる程しか存在しません。 是非また利用したいホテルのひとつに加わりました。

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay at the HIE Bothell. Very comfy beds and pillows are even better. Breakfast has enough variety. Staff are very helpful and friendly but if you are lucky enough to have Billie Jean at the front desk when you are there she will go out of her way to make your stay above and beyond. In all would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Frustrating at best

Cons: Install managers with compassion for the customer, they need to realize we pay their salary.
Due to an illness, I attempted to change or cancel my reservation. Let's just way hotel management could have cared less. While Expedia was willing to assist, the hotel was not, despite the urgings of their corporate guest relations team. It appears their only interest was getting their money. I was told by the hotel management that I should have only used their booking system to reserve a room, not the lower cost providers such as Expedia. As I said Expedia did everything possible to assist, which I will continue to use. In the future, I will choose to vote with my pocket book and go else where. Also the hotel website does not mention they are under construction.
