“Enjoyed our stay”

We spent four nights over the Thanksgiving weekend and were extremely satisfied. The employees were always friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. Appreciated that we did not have to pay for parking and it was convenient and felt secure going and coming from our vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

“Free shuttle to airport”

This hotel provide free shuttle to hotel every 30 of each hours (4:30, 5:30 so on), no prior booking is needed. Free breakfast, 2 TV in the room, the cheapest laundry we had (standard price for other hotels were $2.5 for laundry and other $2.5 for dry. This one was $1 or $1.5).

“Most value”

Quality customer service was not expected at this hotel so I wont review on that. The hotel is located at the South end of the airport. There is enough parking unlike downtown Seattle. The lobby looks recently remodeled in a modern style. The room is large the one I stayed in had a queen size bed. Not a mini fridge but the one you find in a dorm room. Microwave, coffee pot and a sink. Free wifi, cable with most of the channels. disney and cartoon network was a plus for my 18mo old.Large desk was also a plus. Best comp breakfast ever. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, egg omelets, scrabbled eggs, cinnamon buns automatic pancake maker and more! Gym was small but no one else had used it while i was in there durning my 2 days stay.Only complaints can't close the secondary curtain to block out the light and when you room upstairs flushed their toilet it was loud.

“Smoky”

Our non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in. When we asked about it we were told that there were smoking rooms down the hall and the smoke travelled. Not okay with us! Spoiled our opinion of an otherwise fine place.

“Not impressed”

When we placed our reservation, it was for a nonsmoking room but when we arrived at the hotel at 2 AM to check in, the front desk said that there were no more nonsmoking rooms available, and they only had smoking available. Our room was the only room left in the hotel and they could not switch us to any other room. They did use a humidifier and work hard to get rid of the stench but it did not really help at all. The whole hotel also smelled like smoke and just made me and my friends nauseous and sick the whole night. Luckily we only needed the room for the one night.

“Easy and comfortable”

We found it is a convenient place for staying over the night. Took advantage of the shuttle service to rental car (acturally just a few blocks away). Complimentary breakfast had enough varieties.
