“holiday inn”

poor maintenance of the room ,holes in ceiling,poorly patched areas. obviously older part of the building. had a maintenance man wake us up a t 930 because he got a repair order a different room the day before,,,Restaurant service was slow. front desk persons were extremely helpful.

“Wonderful Staff!”

We would return to this hotel for the simple reason that the staff are all just wonderful...very courteous and helpful. Our shuttle driver was the same and even came in the hotel to assist us as it was late at night and I was having trouble walking due to arthritis. The room was comfortable and clean. We did not use any extra services, but do like having the ability to make coffee and tea in our room. The price was right and the location was handy to several restaurants. We appreciated very much being able to leave our car in their parking lot for the duration of our trip (15 days)...as we live a 2 1/2 hour drive away. Thank you.

“Poor planning and poor customer service. Reservations my...”

Made reservations for one room for 2 queen beds at 9am. Confirmed at 6 pm. Arrived at 10pm no double room available. Were given a king suite with a hide a bed couch. Got to the room it was a standard size room with a chair. We are 4 people. Offered larger room but would have to change in the morning. I helped the shuttle driver move out the chair and footstool. Put in a hide a bed. No maid service the next day. This Holiday Inn is the worst.

“Nice hotel near Southcenter”

Stayed for one night only, but it was a very comfprtable stay. They even label the pillows as soft or firm!

“pool and tv down”

We had our grandson along for a trip to are oldest daughter's wedding. He is learning to swim and for two days the pool was down for parts. Also we could not get the in room movie/game service to work three out five days. Grandson wanted to see Rango for three days before a tech came up and fixed it in 5 minutes.However we really liked the maid staff who worked on our floor, they were nice, polite and thorough. Gave special attention to the grandson.

“Great hotel for the price”

The staff at the Holiday Inn Renton are great, would stay again. I needed copies made while I was there, and the front desk staff was great, the attached restaurant has great food at reasonable prices.
