Visiting Seattle after Cruise to AlaskaPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The location, décor, staff, cleanliness, and restaurant.
Cons: Uh, cheaper rates ;o).
Location: Pikes Market, Underground tour, shops and yes more shops.
We stayed two nights at Hotel 1000 following our cruise and fell in love with Seattle. Our Hotel was located in a great location, so much to see and do. The Hotel and staff were great and would definitely love to return to Seattle and stay at Hotel 1000. By the way, Pike's Market was just 3 blocks or so away, what a sight to see and enjoy. Thanks to all.....

Mixed experiencePosted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Great room. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff (especially the concierge and the bellhop).
Cons: We feel the spa miscommunication could have been handled better. Also, automatic gratuity defeats the purpose of a gratuity.
Location: Great location. Walking distance to everything.

Location: Extremely convenient.
We visited our son who is doing an internship for a long weekend and stayed at the Hotel 1000!!! The staff were extremely courteous especially Matty. The rooms are extremely clean and the location is convenient to everything. Highly recommend it.

Comfort and luxuryPosted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The service and comfort.
Cons: Parking rate is a bit steep.
Got a great two nights sleep, the gold standard for me in a hotel. Bed, pillows, temperature, all were perfect. Everything else is a plus: central location, excellent service, great people. Got a room with a mostly brick wall view, but that was the only letdown.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Downtown SeattlePosted Aug 1, 2014
Excellent service: everyone from the front desk to the bell staff was very friendly and helpful. Location: Hotel 1000 is right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of most of the major tourist attractions and public transportation. Overall, our experience was great and I'd definitely consider coming back.

Incredible StaffPosted Jul 18, 2014
Beautiful boutique hotel, great location, and an incredible staff. We stayed one night. Every staff person from the doormen to the turndown service addressed us by name. We were upgraded to the suite. The living room with a large picture window was very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was large. The bathtub faucet ran out of the ceiling almost made me take a bath.

Weekend in SeattlePosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Great hotel, great location to Pike Place, downtown and the stadiums. I love that they always have free water in the lobby and coffee in the mornings
Cons: The gym is a bit small, but worked since we were the only ones in there at the time.
Location: The Market, water front, Seattle Center, downtown shopping, stadiums. Easy access to SeaTac airport via the light rail.
Lovely hotel with a great view of the city and water. I think the decor might look outdated in a few years, but for now still lovely.
