Incredible StaffPosted Jul 18, 2014
Beautiful boutique hotel, great location, and an incredible staff. We stayed one night. Every staff person from the doormen to the turndown service addressed us by name. We were upgraded to the suite. The living room with a large picture window was very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was large. The bathtub faucet ran out of the ceiling almost made me take a bath.

Weekend in SeattlePosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Great hotel, great location to Pike Place, downtown and the stadiums. I love that they always have free water in the lobby and coffee in the mornings
Cons: The gym is a bit small, but worked since we were the only ones in there at the time.
Location: The Market, water front, Seattle Center, downtown shopping, stadiums. Easy access to SeaTac airport via the light rail.
Lovely hotel with a great view of the city and water. I think the decor might look outdated in a few years, but for now still lovely.

One of our nicest hotel experiences in a while!Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Staff and the view.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: You're right downtown. You can walk to everything.
We got a fabulous upgrade to a corner waterfront room and it was outstanding! The best part was the friendly (in a sincere way) and helpful staff. They greet you with a lovely glass of Champagne and they are more than willing to fill it up again and then say "you deserve it!" as they fill it up. :) It was insta-relax and fun as soon as we walked in the door. I highly recommend it!!

Upscale Boutique Hotel in Downtown SeattlePosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Nice staff. Molton Brown toiletries. Complimentary wifi and sparkling wine.
Cons: Lack of privacy in bathroom (even with privacy shade down). Traffic noise in rooms.
Location: Several blocks walk from Pike Place Market
Overall, very nice hotel. Located on a busy corner in downtown Seattle - several blocks from Pike Place Market. We had a bit of trouble negotiating the traffic and pulling into the extremely small valet lane in front of hotel. Valets and bell staff were attentive and helpful. Check-in staff was very nice and did offer complimentary sparkling wine. Small, dark, but attractively appointed lobby. Room of average size and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. Free wifi was nice. Bathroom very large and had great Molton Brown toiletry products. Did not care for openness between the bathroom and rest of the room - even with the privacy shade down, there was minimal privacy in bathroom. Also, traffic noise was loud in the room (even though we were on the 7th floor).
