Nice hotel Close to Shopping and FreewayPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: It is close to the freeway, close to shopping and dining
Cons: Before they give out the room it would be great if they would turn the heat up to a reasonable temp before arrival if possible.
The check in process went very well, the desk clerk was personable and was able to answer questions about nearby dining. The hotel was in good condition though it looked as if they were doing some painting as the floorboards in the hallways looked to be in the middle of being painted or fixed in some way. When we got into our room it was very very cold, the temperature was set at 66 degree's, it took about 2 hours before the room warmed up to a comfortable temperature. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There were clean fresh towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was served, the danish and bagels were fresh, they also had cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and make your own waffles.

Good stayPosted Dec 5, 2013
The staff at this hotel is super friendly. The room looked good. Bit outdated style but everything was clean. The lighting in the bathroom isn't bright so a bit hard to see when getting ready. The shower pressure was horrible. I mean barely any coming out and took longer to take a shower than if it was better. My only other complaint is the curtains. They are not light blocking and there was a light from the parking lot that was glowing in all night. Overall it was a good stay but the price at $100 a night seems high. Got the Sheraton in Bellevue for the same price and it was MUCH nicer.

I have to agree with all of the other reviews... in my case, I was in town for hockey with my son and we decided to not pay the $129.95 hotel price down the road that the rest of the team stayed at, and opted to stay here for $79.95. Not busy at all, and not really sure why.... good price, clean room. Parking is terrible. The lobby is that of a higher end hotel except the strange(propane? ) smell. The room was clean with a 42" flat panel t.v. there was some mold we noticed on the bathroom light fixture, but other than that...clean, and trust me, I have two boys in hockey and travel to hotels almost every weekend for three months every year... I check the bedding every time. Everything was good. Definitely family owned, the breakfast was as expected....waffles, caereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and pastry.

Hotel lobby was nice, room was clean (except for a stain on the comforter), bed was very comfortable (except for the plastic mattress cover underneath the bedsheets), lighting could have been better in the room and bathroom

MISSING AMMENITIESPosted Nov 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. However, there was no clock or alarm clock and the room lighting was terrible. The bathroom lighting was almost nonexistant. No electrical outlets near the desk and most lights were run off extension cords because of the scarcity of outlets.

not bad for an older hotelPosted Nov 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The manager, Sung Kim was so good in giving us Room 409. Room was quite spacious and clean. I agree with jsome of the guests revie about the funky smell by the elevator and stains on the hallway carpets, but other than that, I was quite pleased with our stay. The hotel was within walking distance to some restaurants. ..Wendy's, Susumu Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, Big Lots Grocery....and a fe minutes drive, there are restaurants such as Panda'S Grill, Red Lobster, IHOP, Denny's etc
