“Best Service of Any Hotel”

The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning. The service was the best! Ask for anything, and it's there quickly. People were friendly and helpful all the way around. Close to everything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle.

“Seattle Trip”

Yes, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating even when we had our 8 month old daughter with us. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I also appreciated how clean the rooms were. It was so clean, that it was enough to where our infant could crawl around on the floor, and we wouldn't have to worry about her getting into something she shouldn't.

“Beautiful boutique Hotel”

The HOTEL MAX is amazing! From the attentive staff, to the local art on every door- this place is awesome. Great location, heart of Seattle, walking distance to Pike's Place Market, Space Needle, downtown shopping. And the $3 beer happy hour! Can't wait to go back to the MAX!

“Edgy Hotel Max great for couples”

Not your typical romantic B&B, but a great urban oasis. Deep reds in decor and wonderful black-and-white photos on each room door. Would go back in a second. Affordable and good location.

Trendy hotel with intriguing art work. The color scheme is fresh and vibrant. The rooms are nicely apppointed with many amenities. The bed is comfortable with your choice of pillows. The shower is a bit small, but the water is hot and plentiful. Located near the Westlake Center makes it the ideal weekend getaway hotel. And best of all, for a downtown hotel, there was very little street noise and very little neighbor noise.

“Super Helpful Staff”

The hotel was aesthetically interesting, starting with the ultra-modern front desk, continuing to the doors of the rooms (my floor had rock concert posters), and the interiors of the rooms. The rooms were small, but a solo or couple traveling wouldn't be bothered by this. Proximity to attractions such as Pike Place Market was also great. The best thing of all about Hotel Max was the service from the front desk. They are friendly and even act as concierge. Excellent!

“Great location and value for money”

Excellent hotel - good value for money, VERY comfortable bed, convenient. Great choice for someone not expecting to spend much time in the room, but needing a good sleep when they do get in.

Hotel Max is stylish, well-run, conveniently located, and it's just plain fun to stay there. We had a great visit and will stay there the next time we come to Seattle.

“Sleeping in Seattle”

Great hotel, very good location, super clean, rooms are on the small side but with so much to see and do in Seattle, we weren't there to hang out in our room anyway. Very friendly staff, would recommend.
