Pros: The Japanese Spa Tub (in room)
Cons: Continental Breakfast as usual, was edible but uninspiring
Location: we stayed in...
Quick trip to the Big City - we just wanted a clean, comfy room and we got a splendid retreat...

I was able to park very near entrance- so easy for getting luggage. Clean, quiet; good bed. Slept well.

Week stay medical needs, good room.

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: It was close enough for my Visit to the UW for medical care, It was clean and ready for when I came back, Slept well and comfortably.
Cons: Closed off area for one person to get up dressed without waking the other person.
Location: drove around Seattle, Lynnwood, Bothell, Monroe, ended our stay at the Woodland Park Zoo. Really ready to go home. UW. medical done.
Had reserved the room because of Japanese spa tub. Husband could use it I too short. The room was fine, smaller than thought. Only problem was the was no way to be up without waking the other person by turning on lights in bathroom. No real close off. Room very well kept clean. Only one issue our door lock wood lock us out needed assistance couple times. Staff were great. Just would not spend that much again. Their breakfast was pretty good for what they offered. It was sufficient. area kept clean.

To Spa or not to Spa

Posted Mar 11, 2015
The hydrotherapy Spa studio with the Japanese style tub was excellent, easy to use and very relaxing, the rain forest shower was a nice touch. Mini fridge (unstocked) and microwave were convenient for nights we stayed in. Overall a wonderful experience with a great service oriented staff. Will definitely be making a return trip !

Noise, noise and more noise.....

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Had a room on the backside of building so street noise was not an issue. Walls are paper thin, could hear every word of conversation next door. Also, had neighbors above us who came in 2 nights in a row at 3 am and were up until 8. I asked to be moved after the 1st night and was told it wouldn't happen again. Got maybe 6-7 hours sleep over 2 nights. Exhausting.

Easy on-off from I-5

Posted Feb 6, 2015
Pros: Great staff... positive, accommodating and knowledgeable!
Cons: Loose spigot handle on the sink with a shower valve so tightly turned off it was very difficult to turn on. The door was difficult to latch.
Location: This is about 6.5 miles north of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
Showing signs of neglected maintenance, our room was still very comfortable, clean and suitable for our needs.
