Excellent location that is within a mile of the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and many good restaurants. The free breakfasts is simple, but good, and the hotel overall is a good quality place to stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. You cant beat the location for being centrally located and very walkable to all the main tourist attractions. The downsides as we saw them were few, but at night i kept hearing an electric motor sound every few seconds, and it wasn't until we left the next day that I realized that our room was direcly behind the elevator, and that was the noise. The only other thing tjat we were disappointed with was the continental breakfast. It's open from 6:30 til 10:30 which is great. We went at about 8:30, and first it was too crowded there was no place to sit, but worse was the food selection. They did have the typical waffle makers, but other than that it was literally Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches and prepackaged muffins. Also, there is only one microwave for probably 40 people at the time. Fortunately Seattle has good food and coffee elsewhere. If you are good with getting breakfast elsewhere, and falling asleep to what i am calling elevator music, then it's a great place to stay.

Staff were incredibly nice, we had a nice stay. The only drawback was there really weren't enough parking spaces. Out of the 3 nights, we spent 2 parked on the street because there wasn't any parking stalls that we could fit into. They didn't charge us for parking on-site for those two nights, though, which is great.

The hotel seems to be a little older, but I loved the beds and shower. The breakfast had waffles and microwaveable breakfast food, so it could have been a little better. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I chose this hotel due to the central location. We basically walked to all our destinations. I would stay here again. Be forewarned there is a charge for parking.

This hotel was very convenient to the venue we were going to. Breakfast was okay, bed was awesome, suite was very large, lots of room for 3 of us, would stay here again. Parking was very tight beside the building, but we felt our vehicle was safe here.

The room stinks like 1980 or dogs have been in them. No extra amenities for the same price uou pay at 9.0-10 downtown. Plus to have to pay for parking when you paid for the room

Over sold the parking spots available. It created a situation where cars had to be parked on the street when they expected to be in the garage. Otherwise a really nice property with a great breakfast selection. Also very clean and friendly.

The parking absolutely sucks, they sell more parking passes then spots, the staff the were rude, when asked about parking, requested more pillows, never recived them.

The staff at this location was very kind and attentive. We appreciated their service. Also this location was convenient and walkable to many area attractions. The building itself is a bit run down. The beds were very comfortable but the rest of the room lacked ease of use and function. The dresser drawer wouldnt open all the way, all the furniture is really worn down. There is little to no counter apace to put anything anywhere. The bathroom had a shelf installed right beneath a light that blocked half the light. Breakfast was helpful but the arrangement of the breakfast room was chaotic and lacked flow during busy times. It was very overwhelming to be in there with others frantically bumbing into people teying to move around. The room was overall quiet and above all else the ataff were vwry friendly and accommodating.

The room was comfortable and the property was conveniently located. The person working the front desk was very nice. For some reason our balcony door didn’t have a screen but that’s my only complaint.

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were friendly and attentive. This is a pet friendly property and area, along with a park and stores for pets nearby. I have had my allergies act up in other pet friendly hotel rooms but had no problems at La Quinta. The continental breakfast was great with a wide selection of food: fruit, make your own waffles, granola bars, boiled eggs, microwave meals, etc. Parking was tight but manageable. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The location of the place was walkable distance to most popular tourist areas, but we couldn't sleep for noise. The heater next our room and upper room ran so loudly and at 5:40am the garbage truck dropped bins for 20minitues. The building doesn't block any outer sound at all.
