Central location, very clean facilityPosted Feb 13, 2014
Pros: I felt comfortable, it was very clean and my kids didn't want to get out of bed because it was so comfortable. breakfast items were quickly restocked
Cons: While my kids were swimming an employee was building something and was drilling by the pool - obviously indoors it echoed and scared them
Location: we used this hotel as a stay-cation. still close to restaurants, stores and regular school locations
The room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, pool was warm and very accessible, a good breakfast each morning.

Good location for an overnight stay.Posted Feb 9, 2014
Good value for an overnight stay. Close to I-5, but no noise.

Good valuePosted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and indoor pool
Cons: Noisy heater at night
Location: Several chain restaurants within a few blocks--Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and IHOP. Easy access from Interstate 5.
La Quinta Lynnwood is quiet even though it is close to the interstate. The continental breakfast has a wider variety than I've seen in other places. The indoor pool and hot tub are larger than most found in chain hotels. The room was okay, but the heater was noisy when it cycled on and off through the night and kept waking us up. I would suggest running the heat on high until bedtime and then turning it off for the night. The room should stay plenty warm enough. The room keys were different--an actual key shaped electronic device. It worked just fine, but I prefer to be able to put a key card in my wallet.

A place to stay.Posted Jan 9, 2014
Location: In kind of a shopping and small business area, adjacent to residential areas, just off I-5. Accordingly, many food options were relatively close.
We stayed here during the Christmas to New Year's holiday in late 2013. Pros: Quiet (far enough off the freeway to be quieter than many hotels), new carpet installed (or being installed while we were there) in the hallways, good sized pool that was just the right temperature, reasonably good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Cons: The building was adequate, but not glamorous at all. A pretty basic hotel. Not a new building, but properly updated. A bit crowded in the breakfast serving area, but workable. Limited healthy options at breakfast. (They had waffle makers, cereal, hot eggs and sausage, instant oatmeal, bananas, oranges, yogurt - now that I think about it, it was a pretty good breadfast, just in kind of a crowded serving room.)
