Your hotel double charged me, when I showed up last night 04-06-24 a lady came down and was upset because she was charged twice for her room, and then when she asked them to fix it she was charged A THIRD time. I thought nothing of it, they wouldn’t let it happen to someone else, right???, WRONG. I checked my bank this morning and I’ve been charged two times for $124.63. When I talked to the woman at the front desk this morning she said to call back at 11am and the GM would be in to handle it, So I call the front desk just now and guess what, the dude who answered the phone I was SO RUDE, after I asked him to help me and getting attitude about it, I asked to talk to someone who wasn’t gonna treat me like trash and that’s when he tells me to just “deal with it, not my problem”!! Absolutely insane.
And this happened to MULTIPLE PEOPLE mind you. he said “the young lady working the desk last night double charged you and other people are calling me about it too but y'all gonna have to wait till Monday for the GM to be in”.
I’m honestly disgusted by this whole situation and i want my money back. Y’all should be ashamed of your employees in SeaTac.
