Reason why I return to the Larkspur

Posted May 26, 2015
When ever I come to visit family I stay at the Renton or Bellevue Larkspur. The rooms are always clean, they stock everything I need for my stay and the staff is always kind and greet me with a smile and my name. It's a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Sure, once in a while things happen or it's not up to standard, but they are very accommodating when those things do happen, which is rare. It's a nice hotel for the price. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect for Our Needs

Posted May 20, 2015
Check-in is at three, and after having some spicy food at Pike Place I wasn't quite equipped to handle, we went to Larkspur at about four. The woman at the front desk quickly checked out room and explained that housekeeping hadn't yet gotten to it, and that if we would wait in their--beautiful--lobby she'd let us know as soon as it was ready. About ten minutes came and gone, so we checked in with her again, explained my stomach issue as the reason we seemed pushy, and within two minutes she had upgraded our suite size (for FREE!) and given us our new keys. Sweet! Later we watched a few dvds from their library, had popcorn which they provided, and ate some of the freshly baked chocolate cookies they had placed at the front desk. In the morning there was juice, milk (including lactose free options), tea, coffee, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, lunch meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, and of course some condiments like jam and cream cheese. Great experience. The room was clean (the only thing we found was a baby toy tucked away in a corner, it was more cute than a reason to complain), the staff was incredibly nice, and I'd recommend it in an instant.

Nice place to stay for the money.

Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: Bedding is always clean, staff is friendly. Always willing to accommodate my room location preferrence. I like it quiet and away from the elevators.
Cons: Some of the desk chairs are wearing out, couple times the closet doors didn't work, tile in the bathroom creaks and should probably be resealed.
Needs a few upgrades. But for the money it's nice. I stay at the Renton and the Bellevue Larkspurs. Both have been very comfortable. When ever I am in town I stay here. I visit family and friends while in town. The Bellevue Larkspur has nicer views out the window and when you walk in they have some sort of scensies going on. Which I really like. Renton Larkspur doesn't have that, but it is still nice. Bellevue Larkspur also has free laundry, which is a big plus for me when I stay multiple days.

Really nice staff and pet friendly!

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Cons: A restaurant or room service!
The staff at the hotel were lovely. They would always ask me about my day and how my dog was doing (I was in Seattle visiting a specialist with him). The room is very clean and the full kitchen was incredible, especially for the price. The bed was out of this world comfortable.

Great Value

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Location: 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle
Clean room. Reasonable rates. Only $10 per night for a pet, that's awesome. The continental breakfast was far better than most other restaurants at the same price. We'll definitely stay again.

Bad customer servic

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Had ask to try extend the room night before. Front desk told it was fine to wait the next day. So next morning tried to extend they were said they were sold with out giving notice and had no place to stay. It was bad because it was their fault and they didn't try accommodate me instead just a sorry and u have to leave. What kind bs is that?

Pros: I liked that it was pet friendly. You had everything you needed in the room.
Cons: It would be helpful to have more seating at breakfast.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The surroundings were exceptionally quiet all day and night.
