Good for business travelers

Nothing special about the room. The ac was broken so it was super hot at night. Pretty clean and full kitchen.

Pros: Clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
This hotel is conveniently placed near the highway so it was easy to travel to Bellevue as well as Seattle even though we stayed in Renton. Our stay was good and we were comfortable.

Overall great hotel

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 eight month old, 1 two year old) loved this hotel. We didn't really care about location so we have no comment on that. It is close to the highway and near a flight path. We cousing even hear the highway when we were outside in the parking lot. We could hear the planes but they weren't loud enough to disrupt sleep. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I was really impressed with the breakfast selections. I thought everything tasted great and there were a lot of different options. I would recommend this hotel to really any age group. I would stay here again!

We've stayed before, and this was OK. Did not have sheets for the hide-a-bed, and the air conditioning was working overtime. Admittedly, we did not call to ask about the A/C.

Great place lots of upsides and some downsides

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Home like
Cons: Breakfast could be improved some, AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET REFUND IF SOMETHING CAME UP IS WRONG
Location: Mt Rainer, Space needle, Mt saint Helens. Seattle is great.
You want a home like experience this is the place, don't be deceived by the picture of hot tub, very small and in a remote place. Didn’t like that you couldn't have a refund if you have to cancel for some reason that is just wrong. Emergencies happen. Breakfast could be improved some, but ok. Overall very happy with stay, would stay there again.

Very comfortable suite, quiet, restful stay.

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: FREE laundry machines for our use, cookies and coffee each evening, friendly and caring staff, quiet and relaxing room, clean, well cared for facility
Cons: Larger seating area for breakfast..hard to get into most mornings.
Location: Nice location away from the mainstream, yet you could got to and find places in the area easily. The staff would print directions, if asked.
We were there for seven nights and had a great suite that was quiet and comfortable. We were pleased with everything and pleasantly surprised with the FREE laundry machines provided for our use. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with location of something we were searching for. Kayla was especially nice and always smiling. The coffee and cookies each evening were a nice touch at the end of our day and we appreciated that amenity. The fridge in our suite was handy and we used it for storing certain foods we purchased in Seattle. We never heard other guests and enjoyed quiet nights and early mornings. Although I didn't use it, I was certainly impressed with the "grocery shopping service" available to us. First time I had EVER seen that in any hotel/motel. Enjoyed hearing the music in the lobby, etc...old tunes were very nice (and I am not that old!). All in all...a wonderful seven night's stay!!!

Great shower and very comfortable bed. Breakfast room was congested and hard for more than one person at a time to do anything.

Not a good experience

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows.
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms.
Location: Convenient to my business needs.
The suite was very poorly cleaned, HEAVY dust visible on carpet under and beside furniture. Pulled out nightstand to plug in CPAP machine and in addition to dust was heavy lint, feathers, dust balls. The space provided for "complimentary" breakfast is way too small, few places to sit, people having to balance coffee, juice and food to carry it back to their rooms. Encountered a couple of snippy deskclerks. When I notified the manager at check-out about the dirty condition of the room, he went to see for himself and agreed that it was unacceptable and offered to take one night off the bill.

Outstanding

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Almost everything is free. Free cookies and apples at the front desk, free coffee and tea all day long, free breakfast, and free laundry. Unheard of.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Near Ikea, plenty of amazing Asian food (and a Ranch 99 mall), great BBQ downtown, and Seattle is just a few minutes away.
Everyone was very friendly, accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Dear Technomad, Thank you for your kind comments. Should your nomadic ways bring you back to Seattle it would be great to have you stay with us again. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager
