Love this hotel!

Posted Feb 23, 2015
I stayed here with my husband and two small children. Having a kitchen with a stovetop and all the dishes was so great! We also got a few different DVDs from the front desk. It was a great stay. The only issue we had was spotty internet service, so we just used our phones as hot spots.

Cheap and convenient

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: I like the fact that it's a suite hotel--over the course of 4 days it proved very useful to have a full fridge, stove top, and microwave.
Cons: It's pretty dated. Plus, my room was clearly a smoking room at one point. It smelled unpleasant and the sheer curtains were brown with smoke.
Location: Apart from the strip club a couple hundred feet away, and Southcenter Mall a few miles away, the location is 20 minutes from downtown Seattle.
A 2-night stay became a 4-night stay because of bad weather back east. I got a good rate to extend my stay, which was a relief.

I always stay at Larkspur when I'm in town

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: It's clean, has friendly staff, and the esthetics are pleasing at a reasonable price.
Cons: Renton views are of the parking lot. The Bellevue location is much nicer, many trees. Also the doors at the Renton location can be tricky.
Location: Large mall, many places to eat.
I am typically pleased with my stay. I am always supprised when I actually have a concern - which is rare. I used to go to the Larkspur in Bellevue, WA; but when my daughter moved, I started staying at the one in Renton, WA.

Decent and worth the money

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: Cozy interiors. Free breakfast above the average.
Cons: Fridge too noisy.
Location: Not far away from the museum of flight and the airport.
Functional kitchen in the rooms. Long table and chairs are useful if you are a business traveler. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Breakfast good, with meat, cheese, eggs, options of drinks, etc.

Great hotel!

Posted Feb 2, 2015
My husband and I stayed at the Larkspur Landing with our 2 year old son recently. It could not have been a better experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The hide-a-bed in the living room was great for our son and we were able to stay up and watch tv in the bedroom and hang out on the balcony. Only negative: There isn't a whole lot to do nearby besides shop at IKEA, but that isn't too bad either. :-)

Convenient to where we needed to be

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: A couple of joining rooms
Location: Very close to airport, shopping mall and a whole lot.
It was conveniently located. Room was very warm, needed to open the windows and it was very noisy because of the highway. Always traveling with 2 teenagers I always need joining rooms and they didn't have any.

Value for money

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Cheap rate with air ticket purchased from expedia together. Cosy hotel lobby and living room.
Cons: A little bit noisy as our room door is facing the lift lobby. Sound proof needs to be improved. Bathroom amenities is a bit outdated and dark.

Great staff very friendly upon arrival. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Big rooms and comfortable bed with the added surprise of a kitchen. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area!
