“Great stay”
No smoking hotel! Walk to the Space needle! Great roof top deck that looks over the ocean.
“Good times in Seattle”
The hotel is in a great location. The roof deck had great views of the bay and city. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
“a diamond in the rough”
the Med was a great place to stay. my wife and i were within walking distance of some great places to eat and since the hotel is right next to the Seattle Center (where the SpaceNeedle and Key Arena are!), you can hop onto the monorail ($4 roundtrip) and be at the center of the shopping district downtown within minutes! the best part about the Med is the rooftop terrance. after a long day walking around seattle, you get to come back to the hotel, ride the elevator to the top, and watch the sunset on the water!
“Great location!”
We really appreciated being within walking distance to downtown and the fish market.
“Want to stay there again”
Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered many comforts that made it easier to be away.

“Looking forward to a future visit”
Check-in process was smooth; staff very friendly. Up-to-date computer hardware/software in the business area; the area was quiet and very comfortable. Room was clean, a bit small. Accommodations included a small kitchenette area. View from the roof deck was beautiful (Seattle Space Needle and Pudget Sound). Roof deck could use more attractive patio chairs with a couple of side tables to increase comfort level. Hotel is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the Space Needle. Would definitely stay again if ever in the Seattle area.
“I will go back”
This is a good location and the staff was especially helpful.
“Will make it a regular”
We come from out of town to attend events at Seattle Center. The hotel is old but clean and the staff is most accommodating. It's easy walking distance to Seattle Center venues. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of local and tourist with good ethnic and reasonably priced eating places.
“Great location”
Very decent hotel! Had a very nice view of the city and Space Needle. Love the rooftop balcony! Great view as well. Room was fine...had small fridge...booked a Mt Ranier trip thru the front desk personnel who helped me call the tour travel. Great experience overall.
