Well run hotel in good location.

Posted Mar 27, 2015
We like the layout of this hotel, and how well it is run. A good place to take a break between trips to different areas of the central city. It is walking distance up to the top of Queen Anne, the waterfront or downtown by way of the Monorail and the Seattle Center. It has been quiet at night there. Great view from the rooftop deck. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, which helps keep the feel of a nice residence.

Great location.

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Location: Across the street from Key Arena, the Space Needle, EMP.
Great location near the Seattle Center and many restaurants. Close to the monorail if you want to go downtown. Clean, quiet, reasonable rates, reasonable parking rates. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for your feedback! The location we have is fantastic, particularly for being accessible to many major attractions, while still being slightly removed from the more hectic side of downtown. It's a great neighborhood, and I'm very glad you enjoyed your time here! Kindly, Kelsey Asplund Front Office Manager

Had a wonderful stay at the Mediterranean, it's convenient and in a part of seattle that haven't changed for a while!

Thank you for your feedback! Lower Queen Anne (the neighborhood we're in) definitely still has a feel to it of being removed from the rapid construction some other portions of the city has seen. Hopefully it continues to stay that way! But either way, the area has something for everyone, and it's great to know you enjoyed your time while you were here with us. Thank you again! Nice hotel, good location, great staff

Posted Mar 24, 2015
The hotel is good value and a good location. The beds were very comfortable--always important! The staff were very nice....we arrived before noon and they let us check in with no problem! There are several restaurants within a block including a really good Indian restaurant called Roti.

Very good.rate was a little high

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: price, wifi (but I do not know if that was because of my phone. but my wife had trouble on her phone too)
Location: perfect.close to key arena, pike market, space needle and other downtown places
close walking distance to our destinations. nice Starbucks attached to the hotel. Weight room could use some upgrading. Pool access is always nice, or even a hot tub on their cool roof top

Thank you for your feedback Brandon! I'll definitely pass the feedback about our fitness center to the rest of our management team. Unfortunately, adding a pool is probably not something we will be able to do in the foreseeable future, but we always like to keep those things in mind. Kindly, Kelsey Asplund - FOM

I will return!

Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Great view from rooftop patio. HBO in the rooms.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
Location: Great neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants. Easy access to downtown by monorail.
Mediterranean Inn will be my new place to stay in Seattle. The staff and rooms were pleasant. Rooms were bright. Bed was comfortable. Decent value for price point. I originally chose the hotel for its proximity to an event I was attending at Seattle Centre. The hotel certainly met, if not exceeded, my expectations.

Quaint? Sure, quaint

Location: Within walking distance of Seattle Center (Space Needle, Key Arena, etc) and very close to downtown. Neighborhood offers shops, cafès, and Dick's!!!!
Lovely hotel on the bottom of Queen Anne Hill's south slope. Friendly staff, helpful and polite. The room was by no means spectacular, but very clean and comfy nevertheless. The windows opened to allow for fresh air - a huge plus. Rooftop viewing deck allows for great view of downtown, the sound, and beyond (on a clear day).

Cozy, good location, and reasonable price...

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: cost. clean room. nice location.
Cons: less parking fee is required.
Location: Seattle center, specially Chihuly Graden and Glass. Cherry blossom trees in U. of Washington.
It's worth the price - nice location near many attractions and restaurants, clean and cozy room, and kind staffs. My family including two children (10yo, 13yo) all like this hotel. But it may be a bit noisy if the room faces to the street. Parking fee a day is 19USD (including tax), which seems much to me, but most places in Seattle require 10USD for 1 hour parking, so not bad at all.

Would Stay Again!

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: The on site parking. The overall feel. The location. the rooftop deck. Great stay!
Cons: I didn't notice anything tha could be improved.
Location: Just a hop, skip, and a jup away from The Space Needle, and the cool stuff around it. The Monorail is nearby as well.
It was our first visit to Seattle on a quick getaway, and I wanted a place that fit the budget, and our needs. This Hotel rocked for that. Great location, close to awesome food spots, and grocery stores. A stones throw from the Space Needle/EMP, and a rooftop deck to enjoy the view. The room wasn't huge, but we didn't care much, as we were out most of the day. And also, the underground parking is a godsend! Next time we go back to Seattle (which will be soon), we will be staying here again.
