Nice hotel, great locationPosted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: I liked the gym, it was a good size with a nice variety of equipment. Parking, although expensive (like all of Seattle) was convenient.
Cons: Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors at times.
Location: great shopping and restaurants
has everything you would expect in a luxury hotel at a good price.

Great view, otherwise averagePosted Mar 25, 2015
Great location and view, helpful staff. This was formerly a Red Lion, and it seemed like not everything was rehabbed when they reopened. The room was not cleaned well--empty beer bottle on windowsill, hair in tub. Moldy wallpaper in bath, maybe because there's no fan. There are plenty of other comparable hotels that are a little less funky.

Highly recommend this hotelPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: helpful staff, comfortable beds, good shower & excellent location
Location: Very close to shops, lots of restaurants & short walk to markets
I stayed here last Friday and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly & helpful, bedrooms are comfortable & shower has good water pressure. The hotel is in an excellent location - only a few minutes from the main mall & shopping district & about 5-7 mins walk to the markets (which are a must see)

Seattle downtownPosted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: clean, friendly, helpful staff
Cons: noise of the air handling system felt like I was sleeping in a wind tunnel. not sure if I was able to truly control the temperature. water charge.
Location: within walking distance of all the downtown attractions, restraunts.
visiting seattle for a short vacation. stayed exclusively downtown. thought I may need a car but did not. thus a extra 32 dollars a night for parking I did not need, but I knew that ahead of time

Room with a view!Posted Mar 19, 2015
The extra money for the view of the water was worth it. It was the perfect Seattle experience. The room was clean and the staff was spritely. Thanks Motif! Oh. And loved the music in the parking garage and the fireplace outdoors. Sexy and swanky.

I stayed here when it was a Red Lion and loved it. It was fantastic to see the new updates/changes that Motif had done. Love that I didn't have to worry about parking-surprised what it cost for guests. I love to be in the middle of great shopping. This will be the motel I will always stay at when I'm in Seattle!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location

Location: Great location for Museums/Shopping
We were impressed with the service that the staff provided. The recent remodeling by the new owners was well done and pleasing.
