Mediocre hotel close to airport

Just needed one night near the airport. It suited that need but didn't exceed anything else. Sleeping area was updated but nothing else was. Bathroom very outdated and mildew tub, paint chipping off tub. Poor paint job on walls, old window AC unit, no clock in room

I don't have time to go into all the things wrong. It was unclean and in disrepair. Honestly it's just gross. Would never stay again and honestly will shy away from Quality Inn chain if this is their standard.

The hotel was filthy. There was someone else's hair in the shower, and it got worse from there. I will no longer be using Expedia and will no longer stay in Choice Hotels.

Gross and rude

Be prepared to pay an additional 100 dollars upon arrival. The hotel placed that information under optional services on their website, yet it was not optional. The hotel manager was extremely rude to not only me but multiple people on the phone. The hotel was in a scary neighborhood with a disgusting parking lot. The garbage can next to the entrance was overflowing and was stinky. The stairs were covered in dirt and dust, but they came and cleaned them when they heard us complain. The room clearly had not been vacuumed either. The bathroom floor was dirty as well. We found ants crawling all over the furniture when we arrived as well. The walls had paint color choices all over and the bathroom walls were partially painted. The bedding was stained and covered in other people's hair. We informed the front desk about our room and they came and cleaned again, but did nothing about the ants or bedding. We were too grossed out to sleep in the beds so we slept on top of the comforter and checked out first thing in the morning. Gross,gross,gross. Oh and the coffee pot was moldy and the lamp shades were stained. Even the remodeling won't help this place. Nothing Quality about it.

Convenient location, close to the city.

Pros: close to shopping and eating place.
Cons: airport shuttle
Location: lots of good eating place in the area, good shopping mall close by and lots of outdoor activities in the area.
Arrived late at the Hotel and was well taken care of, the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful.

Way to expensive for what you get!

Pros: The staff! The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.
Cons: It requires a MAJOR overhaul. The decor, bathrooms, and beds are terrible.
Location: Kent is a quant little town with some GREAT food! It is also close to the city.
For $160 I expect a nice hotel. This is a cheap dated, well used, run down hotel though it appears they may be working on some renovations. That said it is also clear they are using budget contractors. It was an extreme disappointment as many other Quality Inn's are far superior to this one and LESS expensive.

We couldn't fine parking so many cars, hallway smelled like cigarette even our room. Toilet seat was broken the bathroom door looks like someone broke it or punched on it. Took a long time for the hot water to come on The tub was slippery The volume of the TV was very low couldn't go any higher The AC keeps turning off. Oh sheets had black marks bigs one on them more then one.never again we will stay there again.Took a while for the front desk people to come and the other lady was on the phone while we were trying to check.

place was very close to airport which was perfect. View of hotel is not great, it looks like a bad place to stay, buts it's not. Free breakfast was good which I was pleasantly surprised. If your in a pinch stay there it's safe and I had no concerns just the view made it appear bad
