“Downtown Seattle”
Very good location can walk to the Needle and the Experience Music Project. Several good restaurants in walking distance as well. Breakfast in the motel is very good lasts three hours.
“I would definitely return when in Seattle”
The only negative I had was with the poor condition of some of the exercise equipment. It was very convenient (walking distance) to the Convention Center, a number of restaurants and a range of interests.
“Decent Enough”
This wasn't a bad hotel. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The bathroom was really small and kind of run down. I called the front desk and it took about 20 rings before the clerk picked up the phone. The staff was friendly enough. Also, the location is great; only a short walk from the Space Needle and the monorail that links with downtown. Overall a good hotel for the price
“Not very effective on Sunday for Check-in”
I had a bad experience for check-in, but other that this is a good place to stay. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday. My parents and I got to this hotel at 2 P.M on Sunday 6/12/2011. We were starving because we haven't eaten anything since 6 A.M. They told us that our room isn't ready yet (which is fine with me because the check in is at 3 PM), so we need to wait about 45 min to check in. I said that we want to go out and eat so we need to leave our luggage in the lobby, and I was told that some one will come pick our stuff and then we can leave for lunch. We were waiting for one hour and 20 min, and no one showed up and no one can answer my questions because there are too many people waiting at the front desk. There were more and more people waiting to check in or check out. It took forever for them to finish those paper work (but when it's our turn, it only took 5 min). So we ended up check in directly and go to the nearest McDonald's to have lunch.
“Decently priced/Clean downtown Seattle Hotel”
This was a decently priced hotel with close proximity to downtown space needle. Parking is limited. Clean hotel with nice helpful staff.
“Really a "Quality" hotel”
Reception staff extremely helpful. A large children;s choir were staying there at the same time which worried us a little but I can honestly say we never heard them all night and the people in charge of them made sure they behaved well. The rooms were comfortable and it was very good value for money in a convenient location
“Very good for the price”
I stayed w/ my girlfriend for three nights. For the price I paid the hotel was great. The breakfast room was kinda small and they had plastic and paper plates, cups, etc. but it was ok. Again, what can you expect if you pay a very low rate in downtown seattle. Otherwise the room was clean, the bed was firm and good channels on tv.
“"Too Bad, so Sad"”
I would have totally went back to this Hotel, The staff was very friendly while I was there and I felt very welcome. They were always quick to help us, with any questions that we had and were glad to help us if we were in need. The hotel room was a little small. I stayed in the one that hat the jetted tub and an out door patio. Not much of a view cause the Space Needle was on the other side of the building, but it was a wonderful weekend. However if you're a smoker beware!!!!!! I got home to find out that they charged me a fee for smoking in the room, When we did not. Long story short It took two weeks to get my money back, and I would never reccomend someone to stay at this hotel after being violated in that way. At least I got my money back and the General Manager was very courtious about it.
“Great stay”
Overall the hotel was a great choice. Walking distance to most things in the city pass. The only thing downside was that the pool was closed half the time and the hot tub never opened.
“Great Location”
This was a good deal considering the hotel is so close to great tourist attractions. We had a quick walk to the Space Needle and the Science Center, also took the Monorail to within walking distance of the Pike Place market. When we did need to drive somewhere, the hotel staff was helpful with directions. Kids loved the pool. The carpet in our room was old, stained and needed to be replaced but otherwise everything was comfortable and I appreciated the free parking.
